I’m having problems with this achievement it’s the only one I’m outstanding before I Platinum this game. I’ve assumed the term ‘Character’ refers to a name NPC so below is list of my target and how I dispatched them so what am I missing;
Crossbow Overseer Martin
Spring Razor Trap High Overseer Campbell
Pistol Lady Boyle
Grenade One of Pendleton Twins
Incendiary Bolt The other Pendleton Twin
Blade Slackjaw
Sticky Grenade Lord Regent Burrows
Explosive Bullet Treavor Pendleton

Can ignore this I got the achievement now don't know what was wrong before all I needed to do was shoot a couple of guards with the Crossbow and the Explosive Bullets. |

To this achievement just follow FOUR steps:
1. Have time bend lvl 2
2. Have 4 crossbow bolts
3. find a group of 4 enemies weepers or citizens are easiest.
4. Freeze time then headbolt 4 enemies before time bend ends.

You get given weapons but you can also find blueprints for a few new weapons, you'll need the blueprints to get this trophy. |
