You must hit the goal score on all 40 levels (10 levels per restaurant). I would recommend going immediately for the expert scores. See "I really ate the whole thing!" for tips.

Start up endless mode, and as the criteria states, last 10 minutes without losing all of your stars. Don’t worry about score here, just serve the patrons as fast as you can and get them out.

The best method I found for this was to start on level 1-6 and keep playing through until level 2-7. Your restaurant starts with three stars, on level 1-6 you will receive a visit from a food critic, make sure you serve her quickly without letting her lose any hearts. Once you've finished serving her and she leaves your restaurant will receive a star, raising you to four stars. As you complete level 1-10 the game will ask you to select a level, you must select level 2-1 or you will default back to three stars again. Keep playing until you reach level 2-7 at which time you will receive another visit from the critic. Treat her well just like before and when she leaves you will receive your fifth star, and trophy.

Purchase and start up the game, this trophy will automatically be awarded.

You will get this as you work on your “Workin’ nine to five...” trophy.

Not really enough players online to gain this legitimately, so chances are you will need to boost this. You will need 2 people to do this. Create a private match set to Time Wars, 5 minutes, and invite your friend in. There is really no quicker way of doing this as this game type requires you play the entire 5 minutes (I tried quitting out, and even though it shows a win, it does not count). Have whoever is working on their win wait until the final 15-20 seconds of the game and start seating people, as long as you show points on the board you will win when the timer runs out. Rinse and repeat 9 more times.

Your best bet to make this go quicker is to use the restaurant Vishnu's Garden Café and use the combo method listed for the “I really ate the whole thing” Trophy. You must play out the entire game (I tried quitting out, and even though it shows a win, it does not count). Have whoever is working on their win score $5000 as fast as they can, if you utilize the combos these should take around 2 minutes a game. Rinse and repeat 9 more times.

You will need 8 people to do this, or 4 people, each with two controllers (having more people does not make this take longer, you gain a win on the winning team regardless of who on the team scored more points). Create a private match set to Team Dash, Tip Wars, $5000 and invite your friends in (remember, all eight slots must be filled with somebody or an extra controller). Your best bet to make this go quicker is to use the restaurant Vishnu's Garden Café, and use the combo method listed for the “I really ate the whole thing” Trophy. You must play out the entire game. Have whoever is working on their win score $5000 as fast as they can. Rinse and repeat 19 more times.

The key to hitting the expert scores are combos. Combos are achieved by repeating actions, in other words, if you take an order, then immediately take someone else’s order you will receive a 2X combo, then, if you take a third order immediately after that you will receive a 3X combo. Anytime you interrupt an action by doing something else, your combo will be broken. You will also gain extra points by seating people in the seat that matches the color of their outfit. On a side note you can hit R1 to rotate the patrons while you are seating them so that you can match them up with the proper color seat in the booth.

What I would do is start out by seating everyone first, if possible try to fill all the seats, this will increase the maximum combo possible. Then, take everybody’s order, after everyone’s order is taken serve all the food out to everybody, once they have all eaten give them all their bills. Finally, once they have left clean all the tables. On the later level’s you must be quick, but you will receive a podium, which I personally thought made the game easier. When you stand next to the podium for a few seconds you will grant everyone waiting in line 3 extra hearts. What I did is, I would seat everyone, as they looked over the menu I would go stand next to the podium until everyone in line received their hearts, then go back and take everybody’s order, serve their food, then go stand next to the podium again, then hand out bills, followed by cleaning the tables. This ensured I could keep working on my combo’s with the seated guests without losing anyone who stood in line too long. Losing customers is by far the most harmful thing you can do, so always watch their hearts and adjust as necessary to avoid losing hearts. Once a patron loses all of their hearts they will leave resulting in negative score. Remember, standing at the podium does not count as an action, thus it will not break your combos, so use it whenever you see fit.

As you progress to the third and fourth restaurant you will have to start serving out all you can eat items. I didn’t worry about these requests too much if its was going to break my combos or bring me away from the podium. With these tips in mind you shouldn’t have too much trouble, for the most part I was able to obtain the expert score on my first try, and if I didn’t I quit the game and replayed the level. The levels seem to be set up pretty similar if not exactly the same when you replay them.
