To be honest it's not that hard realy as leonwoosh recommends upgrade rifle and throwables. I would recommend the shotgun. I also got the launcher for taking out multiple cutters, and I bought the blade cannon at the final shop for taking out the huge hordes. molotovs are good in the final fight for slowing the enemies down, and the shocker is handy too. | |

Fully upgraded, one mine can explode 5 times (like five grenades in one!). You can also place them strategically to get the maximum effect. A mine is almost like having an extra player watching your back when you're in narrow alleys or need to bust open a door when there are hundreds of zombies waiting to bust out. Invest in mines! | |

Run all the way through the first part of the stage, DO NOT STOP RUNNING WHATSOEVER. If the zombies get too close let off a flare and keep running until you get to the checkpoint. If you run out of flares use grenades. At the next checkpoint re-stock your flares/grenades and repeat. Just run through the next section until you get to the next checkpoint. Now here is the sneaky bit. You will hear the four Mouths start screaming but you will notice that no zombies are summoned, here is why. Within the game there is a limit on the number of summoned zombies the mouths can have at any one time. This applies to all mouths across the level. Then buy the smg then upgrade the rifle as much as you can for it is going to be the main weapon that you will use. On level 2 buy the shotgun then focus on upgrading the flares, gernades. Then by level three gernades and flares should be upgradeed so buy the molotoves and flamethrower,upgrade the molotoves then upgrade whatever weapon you would want [personally i would upgrade the flamethrwoer as for it will help you with the final mission]. Then just buy weapons and upgrade them whenever possible and when you unlock the dynomite upgrade that and you should be all set. hope this help ;) ------------------------------------------------------------------ | |
| Comment #17 by gothicsyn Tuesday, November 15, 2011 @ 04:00:21 PM I'd agree find a friend who's got a fair level of experience and simply go at it together, I actually did this under co-op with my best friend and have the plat as proof of that, (sadly I have to now do it all again for him but fairs fair) make sure you have a solid tactical arsenal at your disposal, mines as 5 as early as you can will help no end as it was mentioned it's like an extra player at times, choose your plaing and your time and you'll be fine think of this both players with fully upped mines is 10x the firepower. Shotgun up as fast as possible as it makes light work of most enemies, blade cutter for tight allys, launcher for cutter and jumpers one lure them the other assaults them. These tactics and you'll be ok :)Level 5 is a pain the elvator section if you place mines and save | |

I solo'd this game on both Grim & Morbid and have never been so happy to finish the last level(I HATE THE SOLDIERS SO MUCH!) and not only that but i didn't have enough money for the blade ripper X( and i accidentally bought a flamethrower at the beginning of the game...i was already off to a bad start...but somehow after 6 or so hours i beat both those bloody difficulties...now im onto zombie genocider & Armor & loot trophies :) | |
