@1 You don't need it, just make sure that you don't have blank spots on the map of those locations. If you do, reach them because there's probably a named location. |

As #2 said, just look for any blank spot (or area on the boundaries that doesn't have a solid white line around it) on those 3 maps and it will pop. Got this last night, on the way to the Fridge. |

The trophy is a little deceiving. Its not just named places. You need to make sure there is no area in:
Three Horns Divide
Three Horns Valley
Tundra Express
Tunrda Express Farmhouse
Frostburn Canyon
One named area that I missed was Volstik (?) Labritory. Its the tower south of where Tiny Tina is in Tundra Express, with the electric gat at the foot of the hill. You have to climb to the top of the building, look through the window and shoot the lever. It opens the electric fence, and you can go in.
I got the trophy after discovering all of the map in Three Horns Divide, as I missed a camp by the "port town" (town near the water on stilts) in the south. You can go up the hill beside it and there is a little camp. It was named, but as soon as it cleared on my map, trophy popped. |

Are you sure this camp isn't in Three Horns Valley and not Three Horns Divide ? I found a hidden camp just to the east of the town on stilts and my trophy popped. |

I also was having this problem, then i doubled checked on on my maps and found on the valleys horns valley south of split skull town there is a small camp and my map was blank there its near a border gun station. and then it popped. |
