When you go down the stairs with 3 liches to break the frozen coral, there are three enemies. A heavy and two smaller ones. One of the smaller ones will always pop a shield relatively soon. I got the 50 in little under an hour. If you wanna grind the double attack trophy, you can do it here at the same time.
