I actually unlocked this without getting all 400 of Batman's riddles. Not sure if Catwoman's count toward the 400 total required to unlock this side mission. |

@1. I've had the same thing. I was finishing off collecting Batman's riddles and all of a sudden the last part unlocked. I had collected all of Catwoman's trophies so maybe once you hit 400 regardles of whose they are it unlocks. I'm still going to finish up the last of Batmans riddles before I do the final rescue though. |

The Catwoman riddles DO count towards the 400. When I hit 400 between Batman and Catwoman I was able to rescue the last hostage. |
