| Comment #3 by erdvilla Saturday, November 03, 2012 @ 11:16:18 PM This trophy depends on the servers, so if the servers aren't fully functional you can't find any pivot at all in single player, not even if you disconnect because the game will ask for connection to allow you to check the pivots. | |
| Comment #4 by erdvilla Sunday, November 04, 2012 @ 12:10:07 AM Yup, I just checked, the server service linked to the single player is messed up currently, I tried checking the leaderboards and got the same "!" symbol with a tiny dot moving around it that I also get on the Pivots map, and it never loads the boards so it is linked to servers, and yes, it is messed up currently. | |

Narrow the green area down by adding more pivots WITHIN the green area (the map will automatically calculate which pivots to use). So the more pivots you have, the easier the search becomes. | |
| Comment #8 by blackhawk Tuesday, November 06, 2012 @ 01:22:27 AM UPDATE: I got my trophy turns on you can not activate them till after you get them all, If you are like me and use them before you collect all 12 simply shut down your system, Turn in back on and go to the pivot info in the menu and it should re-sync you to the cloud and you shall have your trophy | |

There's no real way to explain it you'll just have to practice a little but it's not that complicated. | |

I vouch for it as I reduced my list from 89 to 49. | |

Place additional pivots to narrow down the search area :) goodluck guys....lol | |

Go up to ANIMUS SYNCHING, go right into PIVOTS INFO and then go right again. A small window should appear, showing the Animus synching to the cloud and a man's voice celebrating (as puckelberry said at #17). The trophy should pop and all that is left is to use the hacks - bear in mind that trophies are disabled and you cannot save while they are active. | |

However, I did coincidentally delete ONE friend off my list and the first new pivot did appear about one minute of gameplay later so there might be (might be) some relevance in that. I had 65 friends in my list, deleted one (64 left) and ALL the pivots started to randomly appear so please please don't delete heaps of your friends as that seems to be bad advise and as I've witnessed personally... not necessary! The pivot just disappeared but no hack has been unlocked. After using a quick travel station the same pivot reappeared - same problem. In addition, I couldn't remove any set pivots. I've reinstalled the game, downloaded patch 1.03 and the UBISOFT passport again: Same problem. Finally, I found a solution for the problem: a) You have to be signed out of the PSN b) Delete the game data (not the save files) c) Reinstall the game by starting your disc d) Since you've deleted your game data, you have deleted your 100KB UBISOFT passport key as well. As long as you play WITHOUT your UBISOFT passport the pivot mini-game works properly. From this point you are able to remove set pivots (X button) and you will get a hack for the first pivot in the north-east part of Boston (this one is on a house with horses next to it). I can't delete the Ubisoft passport key from my main account. I've tried deleting the installation, deleting the Uplay account (target to a different account), even the save files (previous backup), but Ubisoft passport key is still working. I've even desactivate my PS3 in order to cancel the Ubisoft passport key, wherever it's installed, but it's still working O_O. Btw, Ubisoft passport key doesn't work on my others accounts, but in my main does. Why is this happening to me? T_T. This is probably the strange glitch I've ever faced. | |

Everyone I know it's solving this problem soon or later, except me. I'll wait until Marth 2013 for any official solution, and if there is no one by there, I'll delete friends and I'll promise to NEVER buy any Ubisoft product nearly the released date, nor if it has a single glitch. This game (and AC3 Liberation) are glitches festivals, a shame for AC fans. | |
