hi i have finnished all trophies in this game & unlocked all modes i only need the Hotter Than Hell trophy so my question is can i just play the first day then let me friend host a match on the last day and get the trophy ? or do i have to play all the 7 days ?

I need that trophy too. On the xbox site it says you can have a friend host the last day and beat it and get the trophy. I need someone with day 7 unlocked so if anyone can help add me

You can have your friend just do the last day.
Works on Anniversary also.
