I think we could try contacting Sony somehow. I also got it from both welcome back and PS+. I guess it glitched the game.

Lol this sucks, anyways does anyone have a mail adress for sony EU?
I really hate phoning large companies, you sit on the phone for 15 minutes, it costs you money and eventually you wind up with no solution.

Many people have had games with this issue when they downloaded something before, and then downloaded again through Welcome Back Package.

Try this though...

On your XMB menu.

Account Management - Transaction Management - Services List

In there see if WipEout HD is anywhere on the list, also check the SCEA Promotion to see if your Welcome Back Package DL may be back in there again since the game disappeared.

If none of that works then I'd say you're shit out of luck.

Already checked that, it IS on the list but not downloadeble or whatever, it just says the starting date, for welcome back package, i didnt downloaded Wipeout HD, just the Fury DLC.

Think I have found a possible answer to this problem. I had just the Wipeout HD unlock and the Fury add-on but no main Wipeout HD file appearing with them in the download list either.
Turns out it was way earlier in my list because it is ordered by date of original download, not the date of last download. I had played the trial version long before I bought the game so it wasn't positioned anywhere near it.
Hopefully, anyone else who seemingly couldn't find it will now be able to do so if they go back further in their download history

i myself have just noticed this game is no longer on my download list, nor does it appear in the store either. and after reading this thread i then phoned the United Kingdom based customer service team on 0844 736 0595, the lady i spoke to told me that they would be working on a fix for me very soon. i'm one of those people who never quits, so i'm gonna ring them once a week until the problem has been resolved. i'll post on here again when i have more information.

I WANT MY GAME BACK!!! haha

just checked my DL list and it's back on it. happened on the 9th of april but i only noticed today. cheers SONY!
