While I love the Uncharted series, the story is about 6-8 hours long with no multiplayer. Even going for the plat, should have no trouble hammering it out in 15-20 hours.
Gravity rush may/may not be longer. It is an unknown quantity at the moment and no one knows if it will be a good game, but I will guess the story is longer than Uncharted's. For the record, I'm getting both. |

Well, I'll be getting Uncharted at launch, since GR isn't going to be out by then.
Howerver, if they were both day1 launch titles I would go with Gravity. I've played uncharted and know what i'm in for. GR is something new. Something I have not seen before, plus I love the cell shaded look on games. Makes you feel like your playing a cartoon lol! Either way I'll be getting both, but I'm sure that if the two were competing on day 1, I would be getting gravity Rush.

I haven't played either, and know little about Gravity Rush so I'm going with Uncharted. I'm a pretty big fan of the Uncharted series anyways so I don't see how you can go wrong with it from all of the awesome feedback and gameplay footage I've seen.

Here it says it releases 2/15/2012... That is the week of the First Edition Bundle release. Sony also says that it will be released at hardware launch PlayStation®Vita Games & Media - PS Vita Games, PlayStation®Vita System Games Just scroll to where you see Gravity Rush... But as I am undecided on which one to get at launch I will be getting both |

Uncharted for me, ive not seen much on Gravity Rush but from what i seen theres not alot going on... Just some chick floating around is all ive gathered so far. Im sure there is alot more to it but Uncharted is a safe bet. One game i really am interested in is Army Corps of Hell, its being described as "Evil Pikmin" (DO WANT!) I dont think its going to be a launch title in the west though.

Look at this. Gamestop marks Little Big Planet release as 3-31-12. The vita site says AGAIN "hardware launch" under release date. No actual date for release. Now if you look at Uncharted..... BOTH sites say 2-15-12 under release date. A little thing called Launch Window my friend. Check this out. The launch line up from Sony: Sony details PlayStation Vita launch lineup Sony Computer Entertainment America has detailed the PlayStation Vita launch lineup, or what it’s calling “the biggest and best lineup we’ve ever launched across the history of PlayStation platforms.” It’s launching 25 titles on day one (February 15, 2012), and an additional 10 titles within launch window (usually within a month or two following launch). Here’s the outline: SCEA Launch Day Titles •Escape Plan (PSN Only) •Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational •Hustle Kings (PSN Only) •Little Deviants •ModNation Racers: Road Trip •Super StarDust Delta (PSN only) •Uncharted: Golden Abyss •wipEout 2048 Third-Party Launch Day Titles •Army Corps of Hell (Square Enix) •Asphalt Injection (Ubisoft) •Ben 10 Galactic Racing (D3 Publisher) •BlazBlue: Continuum Shift EXTEND (Aksys) •Dungeon Hunter: Alliance (Ubisoft) •Dynasty Warriors Next (Tecmo Koei) •F1 2011 (Codemasters) •EA Sports FIFA Soccer (EA) •Lumines: Electronic Symphony (Ubisoft) •Michael Jackson: The Experience (Ubisoft) •Plants vs. Zombies (PSN Only) (Sony Online Entertainment) •Rayman Origins (Ubisoft) •Shinobido 2: Revenge of Zen (Namco Bandai) •Tales of Space: Mutant Blobs (PSN Only) (Drinkbox Studios) •Touch My Katamari (Namco Bandai) •Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (Capcom) •Virtua Tennis 4: World Tour Edition (Sega) SCEA Launch Window Titles •Gravity Rush ![]() ![]() •MLB 12 The Show •Reality Fighters •Unit 13 Third-Party Launch Window Titles •LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 (Warner Bros.) •Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention (NIS America) •Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus (Tecmo Koei) •Ridge Racer (Namco Bandai) •Silent Hill: Book of Memories (Konami) •Supremacy MMA: Unrestricted (505 Games) As you can see, Gravity Rush IS NOT a day1 launch title, but a launch window title. Meaning it could come out months after the vita is launched in Febuary for the US. It's possible that it could come out sooner in other regions like UK, but importing it isn't going to make it anymore a day1 launch like Uncharted.
