Yet another Let's Play group

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this sort of thing or not. If it isn't, my apologies.

ANYWAY!

Me and a friend decided to form a gaming duo, and venture into the large world of Let's Play!. Though... we have no idea what to do :/

We decided on doing a MineCraft SMP series, day by day, as well as a translated playthrough of Dragon Quest V (PS2), and that's pretty much it. Should we be successful, we'll do more things, but that's the problem.

What games are good for Let's Play'ing? Would there be any specific, or not, things we should do? (i.e., specific would be specific matches of whatever, non-specific would just be naming a game).

We can do pretty much any game, of any system. So, please, give these noobs some ideas, as well as hints and tips. Thanks!

Any game can would be good. Obviously, the more popular games would give you the best result. Try to target new and hot games. Just use a good audio recorder for commentary, and speak clearly and you should be fine.

That's my problem, 'any game would be good'. I have zero decision power (really, I go to the point where I consider my indecision troubles a mental problem), so I'll probably rely severely on requests. Hence asking for ideas and such. As for the video capturing and audio, I already have some goals, and will try to avoid bad quality. All that remains is hoping the tiny group doesn't fail.

People seem to like Minecraft and TF2 (which is free). Then just find games that are enjoyable in co-op, and you can play on whatever system you're recording on. Portal 2 is fun and is on all systems.
