Unreal Tournament? More like UNREAL GRINDING!!!

HOLY CRAP this game gets boring after awhile. I've only got one trophy left (Get a Life) and its testing my patience and sanity. So far I've put 10+ hours into this trophy and 120+ in the overall game.

Anyone else feel the same way?

Yeah, I'm still grinding the 200 (11 days left )

But I still have 10 other trophies to get. The find everything on every map is the one I really am avoiding right now. That's more of a pain than the 200 kills one imo.

The grinding is playing 100 VCTF to 3 caps. ughhhhhhh

175 hours???????????????????????? Are you for real? I did it in about 50-75 hrs. why is it taking you so long?

Im counting overall ps3 usage (i.e. times I left it on so it would collect 100 CTF kills, DM< etc.)

Get a life: 20 hours

Online Champion: 30 hours (most of the time i let my ps3 run and let the bots work)

Ace: 1hour

Story: 7 hours (excluding looking online for Co-Op help in Sentinel, that took another 2 hours)

weapon trophies: 1hour each (except for biorifle and Avg longbow, since you cant select those for weapon replacements: 3 hours each)

100 CTF wins: 6+ hours (left system on)

100 VCTF wins: 12+ hours (left system on)

100 Deathmatch wins: 5 hours

20 monster kills: 3 hours

Around the world and like the Back of my hand: 4 hours each (forgot to do both at same time )

100 orbs destroyed: 1.5 hours

Bullseye trophy: 2 hours (I couldn't line anything up for the longest time! )

Killjoy: 3 hours (A lot of times the bots with sprees would be killed before I could get to them)

So I actually messed up. It was more like 120+ hours, but a grind's a grind!

Thanks, Im happy the grind is over. VCTF was annoying because the godlike bots wouldn't score 3 times against me. When I did play, the bots gave me hell and wouldn't let me score the max 3

I know how you feel. I've just got 5 more trophies left, 100 ctf, 100 vctf, 100 warfare, and the two for online wins and 200 kills a day for 50 days. I'm at like 55 on ctf and its been soooo boring. I jumped in with someone who was hosting for a few but man it just didn't help at all. I'm trying to do at least 20 - 30 a day but I might have to mix in the vctf and warfare in there a little too. I just wish you could make it so that you could have a variaty of game types instead of having to disconnect and change the game type all the time. It would make it a little more interesting maybe. Luckily I've been using the clock change technique for the 50 days one so I'll plug away at it a lot faster and since I'm using the 100 game ones toward the online win ones so it'll be quicker, but still. If this game didn't have so much personal meaning to me I probably wouldn't even bother.

Yeah, the online trophies in this are awful. All I've got left for platinum are the single player trophies and the coop trophies now, but I'm so tired of looking at this game it may be another year before I finally commit to getting it.

Just dont wait until the server closes, or your grinding will have been in vain
