Transfering my uncharted saved game

I just upgraded my my memory card from 4 GB to 16 GB how can I transfer my uncharted saved game to my new 16 GB memory card any help would be appreciated ..cheers

You can backup the game's data (including the save) using the Content Manager app. You can back it up through USB to either a PS3 or PC. Then you can transfer it back to the new memory card using the same app.
