Platinum Difficulty Rating

The real difference is between the 'normal' mode and the 'hard' one. Once you get used to the 'hard' way of playing the game, you'll do crushing without any major problems. The game is time consuming though.

Wow, great game. Trophies were fun and crushing was pretty challenging. Gave it a 6.

I rate this 5, fairly average game in terms of skill. In crushing you may get stuck a few times but the game is so brilliant you won't even care.

I'm rating this one a 7. The trophies can be time consuming, and Crushing mode is very, very hard.

i gave it a three. Crushing is the hardest trophy and it's not even that hard. 3 firefights at most that will give you a headache... but with a decent strat its easy.

Gave 6/10.. Finding all the treasure took time, some of the Crushing gunfights were flat out brutal but fun. Many playthroughs as I did not have a guide of any sort...

Voted a 5. Crushing difficulty is a pain. I am so not looking forward to Crushing on Uncharted 2: Among thieves.

All are easy I believe. If you play FPS games then this will be a cinch. Hard mode has some challenging bits but Crushing isn't really any harder.

There are the same number of enemies as in Easy mode and they all come from the exact same places so it really isn't that hard.

Treasures are easy (you can get at least 30-40 without a guide) and the guide is extremely helpful.

I'd say, Dino Might or Grenade Hangman are a bit annoying but overall the Crushing trophy is the hardest - but that's not saying much.

Don't let the name of the difficulty discourage you - think of R2's Superhuman. It really isn't hard. If you take cover heaps and kill enemies quickly then you will have no problems.

As I said, the same number of enemies in each difficulty so if you do it in Easy then you know what to face in later difficulties.

50 kills without dying - just do it on Easy mode on the first few chapters.

Crushing mode is very hard but there are few tips/bugs to make it a little bit easier Oh and "Find all treasures" trophy can be tricky and time consuming without guide.

There weren't really any trophies that were to difficult to obtain, but there were certain spots during my Crushing play through that held me back for a bit and bumped the difficulty up a notch
