Beat Crushing, no award

I just beat the game in crushing but I didn't get a trophy nor a medal for it. I spent so many hours on this and nothing happends. -_-
And I think I know why. After I got to chapter 4 I wanted to get some some of the other trophies so I chose another chapter and chose easy difficulty. After I got the trophies I went back to chapter 4 and continued on crushing. Now I've beaten the game, but I didn't get anything. -_-

Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know if I can do something to get the trophy, or do I have to play through all chapters again?

You need to start at Chapter 1 and finish at Chapter 22

You have to start a new save file before you can earn trophies for this game I'm afraid.

it wasn't trophies in general just crushing and it was medals too, so it wouldnt have mattered if it was a new save or not

I feel for you mate. I'm just playing through the game on hard and I'm finding some of the gunfights difficult, I just can't imagine what crushing will be like.

Tip: If you want to take a break from playing through the game to earn some trophies by selecting the chapter, always use a different save file then the one you're playing through the game with or create a new save file.

But if I do that I won't get all the in game awards.

Edit: Yes! I finished the game in Crushing again, and this time I got the trophies!
