Introduction

Five years have passed since the dramatic events in Antaloor brought the whole world to the edge of the abyss... and the hero's strength is finally exhausted. He is a prisoner in the dark dungeons of Gandohar's castle and any hopes he has of saving his twin sister seem to have vanished along with his freedom. In spite of a self-sacrificing battle against evil, the twins were separated and Kyra is now under the influence of a powerful magic spell from which there is no escape. Evil influences are attempting to awake the slumbering powers of an old generation in order to dominate all of Antaloor, and the hero is powerless to do anything about it...

However, just as his despair has reached its lowest ebb, a faint ray of hope appears from a completely unexpected direction. The hated Orcs have put together a rescue squad and the hero is amazed when they free him from the chains of his tormentors. Still skeptical about this newfound truce between two races which have always been deadly enemies, the hero once again finds himself confronted by a completely new situation... now he has to find out why the Orcs helped him - and learn as much as he can about their mysterious leader, the legendary Prophet Cassara. She is both beautiful and mysterious - but the hero must trust her if he has to have his long-planned revenge. So he starts out on a dangerous journey through a land desecrated by evil - a journey he hopes will shed some light on Gandohar's dark past and help him find a weak point in the defenses of this powerful Mage... only then can he finally rescue his sister, Kyra.

Road Map

For a walkthrough of every quest in the game visit this site - Two Worlds II - Introduction - Game Guide and walkthrough

All credit goes to Artur "Arxel" Justynski and guides.gamepressure.com. (It is far more helpful than if I were to write a quest guide).

NOTE: Keep multiple saves for peace of mind. If you happen to miss a quest, you can simply reload rather than playing the entire game again. I saved on a new file every 2 hours of play time. Manual saves can be made anywhere.

Step 1: Complete the Single Player Campaign

The single player story, along with most of the side quests, will take you around 22 hours to complete. The game does not require you to play it on Hard difficulty, so on start-up feel free to select Easy difficulty. Play through the game completing any and all sidequests along the way. Complete Main Story related quests only when you have no other quests to do. Report to bulletin boards whenever you have a chance and speak to any NPC that appears as a blue circle on your map. Doing all of this will activate 95% of the games quests for you, and will in-turn give you XP towards the Hero and Legend trophies. By the time the credits roll, if you have followed my previous instructions, you will have all "Chapter Completion" trophies as well as the four "Guild" trophies (Last Man Standing, Dances with Mops, Prince of Thieves and The Merchant of Antaloor).

During this playthrough, keep in mind the combat related trophies (Fearmonger, Crazy like a Lox, White Wizard, Who's Next?, Sweep the Leg, Man in Tights, Beastmaster and It's A Trap!) and the miscellaneous trophies (The Antaloorian Job and Sleight of Hand). Distribute your skill points accordingly if you so desire. Most of these will come naturally though as you progress through the game. Remember, you can always regress if you find yourself in need of another skill.

Note: you can continue playing the game once you have finished the story quests.

Step 2: Online trophies

There are seven co-op trophies to earn here, along with three trophies for competetive modes. Two tophies are related to Village mode.

The seven multiplayer missions CAN be completed solo, but they will be difficult. Once you have finished one mission, the next one will unlock as well as the related trophy. The three competetive trophies (Ruthless, Duelist, Gemologist) can be boosted in private matches. The two Village trophies (Settler, Contractor) are earned solo.

Step 3: Clean up

At this point, you may have a few single player combat trophies left. Search the guide for individual methods to getting these trophies. This step will be rather short if it exists at all.

NOTE: If the quest "Unsolicitied Guests" does not appear on the bulletin board outside of Hatmandor early on in the game, there is a high chance that it will not appear again and therefore this trophy would be unobtainable. The only fix known thus far is to start a New Game, so keep this quest in mind.

NOTE: During the Main Story Quest "Old Wounds" you will encounter a woman named Scythe. DO NOT KILL HER. Immediately after talking to her, speak to her again to activate the Thieve's Quest "Ghost's Toll". If you do not activate this quest the first time you meet Scythe, it will lock and you will not be able to activate it again, thus missing this trophy entirely.

Collect all 4 Lost Runes: Human, Elven, Dwarven and Orcish (Single Player Campaign)

The quest related to finding all four Runestones is called "The Runestones", and will be given to you by Sokaris in the basement of Alsorna. He is the Orc Blacksmith. You will be told to talk to him at the beginning of the game, and this quest can be activated then.

Sokaris will ask you to find four magical stones for him located through the game world. Many of these will not be obtainable until late in the game. Be sure to complete this quest before finishing the story quests.

Confront Mirage

One of three Hidden Trophies. Confronting Mirage is a little confusing as there are so many alternate paths you can take during these quests.

As part of the Hatmandor Quest line, you will be tasked to investigate a string of murders in the city, which will lead you to multiple people and quests. The sure-fire way of earning this trophy is to give Valarin as little information as possible, and help Reesa as much as possible.

I earned this trophy by completing these Quests in this order:

- Valarin's Informant - the Murders

- The Third Man

- A Friend in Need

- Maliel's Tear

- The Transaction

- Valarin's Informant - Mirage's Identity

Combat Trophies

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/015.jpg Fearmonger (B)

Effectively use Battle Cry 75 times (Single Player Campaign)

To be able to use Battle Cry, you must first acquire the skill by either buying the skillbook from a shop, by finding it in a chest, or by receiving it as a reward for a quest.

Once you unlock the skill, pressing :square: with your weapon drawn will use it and unleash a wave of energy out from the player knocking back close enemies. To use this skill "effectively", the Battle Cry must push back an enemy. If you use this and it does not reach an enemy, the Battle Cry will not count towards this trophy.

Simply press :square: whenever you are close to an enemy and you will have this trophy in no time. Remember to have your weapon out. The skill does not have to be upgraded at all to receive this trophy.

This stat can be followed by visiting your Reputation Book in your inventory.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/017.jpg Crazy Like a Lox (B)

Kill 30 enemies using Fire Arrow (Single Player Campaign)

To be able to use Fire Arrows, you must first acquire the skill by either buying the skillbook from a shop, by finding it in a chest, or by receiving it as a reward for a quest.

Once you unlock the skill, press :triangle: when you have your bow drawn to select the Fire Arrow Skill. Now hold :r2: to shoot a fire arrow at an enemy. If the enemy dies with flames around itself, then you have effectively used Fire Arrow. The fire itself must kill the enemy, not the arrow.

Use this skill across the entire game and you will have it in no time. Although, the easiest way to get this trophy is to put your Fire Arrow skill up to it's maximum, and then wander the area around Bayan killing boars/ostriches/apes or whatever else you find. Note that the Fire Arrow skill has a cool-off period, so wait a few seconds after each shot before firing another Fire Arrow.

This stat can be followed by visiting your Reputation Book in your inventory.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/018.jpg White Wizard (B)

Kill 50 enemies with magic (Single Player Campaign)

Early on in the game you will learn how to make a spell. Once you acquire this skill make a damage spell using any combination of cards that you wish, and then assign it to a button.

With any staff in-hand, press the button related to the spell you made to select it and use that spell by pressing :r2:. Use magic across the single player campaign and you should earn this trophy within a few hours. Another method is to simply walk around Bayan using your spell on any animal that you see, such as Apes, Cougars and Rhinos.

This stat can be followed by visiting your Reputation Book in your inventory.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/021.jpg Who's Next? (B)

Kill 20 enemies using Death Strike (Single Player Campaign)

A Death Strike occurs when you kill an enemy from behind without alerting it. When an enemy is standing still, hold down :l2: to sneak up behind the enemy. When you get close, a prompt on-screen will appear with the :cross: button. Press :cross: when that prompt appears and you will assassinate the enemy with one stab. You will learn of this during the tutorial.

You must have a dagger equipped to perform a Death Strike. Keep this skill in mind throughout the campaign and you should have no problem reaching 20 kills. Varn camps are always great targets.

This stat can be followed by visiting your Reputation Book in your inventory, under the title "Assassination Kills".

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/014.jpg Sweep the Leg (S)

Effectively use Knockdown 30 times (Single Player Campaign)

To be able to use Knockdown, you must first acquire the skill by either buying the skillbook from a shop, by finding it in a chest, or by receiving it as a reward for a quest.

Once you unlock the skill, draw your weapon and then enter your blocking stance by holding :l2:, and while in this stance press :square: to perform a Knockdown. You will kick forward with the chance of knocking an enemy to the ground.

I highly recommend upgrading this skill to it's maximum. Not only will it make acquiring this trophy easier, it is a fantastic skill for killing strong enemies easily.

Use the Knockdown move against all humanoid enemies (two legs, human height) whenever you have the chance and you should have this by the time you finish Chapter III. The Knockdown move does no damage, so you can kick down the same enemy 30 times. When an enemy has been knocked to the ground, you can kill it with one stab, although this is not required for the trophy.

This stat can be followed by visiting your Reputation Book in your inventory.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/016.jpg Man in Tights (S)

Kill 50 enemies using Multi Arrows (Single Player Campaign)

You will learn how to fire Multi Arrows during the tutorial at the beginning of the game, by holding down :r2: with a bow drawn and the skill selected. From that moment forth, use the skill whenever you see fit.

Getting 50 kills may be difficult, so if you do not have this trophy by the time the credits roll, simply fire Multi Arrows at boars, ostriches, ants or anything else you find while wandering the games world to make up the remaining kills.

This stat can be followed by visiting your Reputation Book in your inventory.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/020.jpg It's a Trap! (S)

Set 40 traps or bombs (Single Player Campaign)

To be able to set Traps and Bombs, you must first acquire the skill by either buying the skillbook from a shop, by finding it in a chest, or by receiving it as a reward for a quest. Once you unlock the skill, distribute some skill points to improve it, allowing you to set a higher number of traps and bombs.

The easiest way to get this trophy is to upgrade your Trapper skill to it's maximum, and then purchasing an Advanced Holding Trap. Set the trap as a Hot-Key from your inventory. Now while in game, hold down :l2: to sneak, and then press the button related to the hot-keyed trap to set it. An enemy MUST step in your trap for it to register towards this trophy.

Walk around Varn camps and areas of wildlife, get their attention, and then set your trap. Once an enemy has walked into it (it will die if you're using an advanced trap) pick up the trap and repeat the process 39 times. Use traps rather than bombs, because traps can be used an infinite amount, while bombs only last for one use.

I recommend doing this when your a high level so you don't take a lot of damage from enemies. Follow the above process and you should get the trophy with little trouble.

This stat can be followed by visiting your Reputation Book in your inventory.

Survive the Arena

The Arena is located in the old Brotherhood building North-west of Hatmandor. Refer to the picture for exact location (credit to guides.gamepressure.com):

http://guides.gamepressure.com/twoworldsii/gfx/word/-674121937.jpg

At the bottom level of the building will be the Arena. Speak to the NPC here to enter an Arena challenge. There are 10 challenges in total, with each one being more difficult than the previous (although they are all rather easy). Simply make your way through all 10 rounds to become the Arena Champion and earn this trophy.

Brute strength, powerful spells and even bows and arrows all work well against each opponent. I recommend being at least level 20 before attempting this trophy though, and bring in a few potions just to be safe.

The 10 Challenges of the Arena are as follows:

I - Gladiator

II - Archers

III - The Dwarf

IV - Cheetah Trainer

V - The Deadly Three

VI - Necromancer

VII - Mammoth Spider

VIII - Werebeast

IX - Champion Mage

X - Cyclops

Miscellaneous Trophies

Create a potion (Single Player Campaign)

Early on in the game you will learn how to create potions, and you will unlock this trophy at that point.

To create a potion, first enter your inventory and scroll across to the Alchemy tab. Now press :triangle: on at least two different items here to add them to your cauldron. Once they are in your cauldron, simply press :cross: to brew the potion. The more ingredients you add to the cauldron, the more powerful your potion will be.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/008.jpg Grey Wizard (B)

Create a spell (Single Player Campaign)

Early on in the game you will learn how to create spells, and you will unlock this trophy at that point.

To create a spell, first enter your inventory and scroll across to the Spell Card tab. Now press :cross: on a Spell Amulet Card to open the Amulet. Here you can add effect cards (fire, ice, earth etc) and modifier cards (homing, damage, area effect etc) to the spell, which will govern what spell you create. Adding additional Modifier and Effect cards to your Spell Amulet Card will create more powerful spells.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/009.jpg Hammer Time! (B)

Upgrade a weapon or piece of armor (Single Player Campaign)

To upgrade a weapon or piece of armor you must first make sure that you have enough raw materials to perform the upgrade. Raw materials are things such as iron, steel and wood. Raw materials are obtained by dismantling items in your inventory by holding :l1: and pressing :triangle:. You will learn how to do this during the coarse of the game.

With raw materials in your inventory, simply press :triangle: on the item you wish to upgrade/craft to bring up the upgrade menu. This screen will show you what raw material/s you need to perform the upgrade as well as how many you will need. Early upgrades will only require a small amount of materials, while powerful upgrades will require many more.

Simply press :cross: here on the anvil icon to upgrade your weapon or piece of armor, which will unlock this trophy. Depending on your Crafting Skills, your weapon or piece of armor can be upgraded multiple times.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/010.jpg Clairvoyant (B)

Use the Oculus (Single Player Campaign)

You will obtain an Oculus early on in the game. To use it, simply open your inventory and scroll across to the Treasures tab. Locate the Oculus and press :cross: to use it. Trophy unlocked. The first Oculus you obtain has an unlimited number of uses, so don't worry about wasting it.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/011.jpg Minstrel Hero (B)

Perform a song, hitting 100% of the notes (Single Player Campaign)

To play a song, you must first buy an instrument and some sheet music from a shop. You can purchase a flute, a guitar, a harp or a drum. I highly recommend buying the drum as it is much easier to play, and the song "High Tide". The instrument and song will cost you around 10 auras.

With instrument and song purchased, open up your inventory and scroll across to the Treasures tab. Press :cross: on the drum then select a song. You will now see a Guitar Hero type mini-game. Press any trigger button to begin playing the song. Press either :l2:, :l1:, :r1: or :r2: when the circle crosses the bar to hit the note. If you timed it correctly, the circle will turn green. Hit all notes to play the song correctly and earn this trophy.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/012.jpg The Antaloorian Job (B)

Lockpick 50 locks (Single Player Campaign)

You will learn how to pick locks during the Prologue of the game. Over the course of the game, pick all locks that you come across and you will have this trophy in no time.

I recommend upgrading your lockpick skill to level 7 as this will give you enough time open every lock in the game. Locks appear in a degree of difficulties, from simple to master. Master locks have multiple levels and therefore take more time to pick. There are hundreds of locks in the game so this is a skill you will use often.

If you come across a vendor selling lockpicks, buy every one of them. They are cheap and you can never have enough lockpicks.

This stat can be followed by visiting your Reputation Book in your inventory.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/013.jpg Sleight of Hand (B)

Steal from 25 people (Single Player Campaign)

To steal from people you must first learn how to. In the sewers of Cheznaddar you will meet a German known as "Bouncer". Agree to play his game. He will tell you to meet him by some guards so you can pickpocket them. This is a Thieves Guild Quest called "Buyout" (click for walkthrough).

The three guards you steal from during that quest count towards this trophy, so steal from another 22 people to unlock this trophy.

To steal from people, you must wait for all three snakes to be aligned so there is a clear line from your hand to the sack of money. Use :l3: to rotate the hand, and press :cross: to grab the money. If you run out of time or press :cross: too many times you will alert the person and fail stealing from them.

You must upgrade your Thievery skill to get this trophy. A great place to steal from people is Hatmandor. Simply approach people standing still, from behind, to begin stealing from them. Many people stand still in Hatmandor while looking at items from shops.

This stat can be followed by visiting your Reputation Book in your inventory.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/030.jpg Fortune & Glory (B)

Explore 25 dungeons (Single Player Campaign)

To "Explore" the dungeon, all you have to do is enter then exit. There are more than 25 Dungeons in the game so if you cannot find a specific one then don't stress.

This stat can be followed by visiting your Reputation Book in your inventory.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/019.jpg Beastmaster (S)

Summon 50 monsters (Single Player Campaign)

To be able to summon monsters you must first learn the Necromancy skill. Once you acquire the skill, make a spell using a Summon Carrier card. Now simply summon that monster 50 times using :r2: with a staff in hand.

You can summon the same monster 50 times and it can be done outside of a battle environment. With a high enough Willpower, you can summon all 50 within one minute. Easy silver trophy.

This stat can be followed by visiting your Reputation Book in your inventory.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/028.jpg Hero (B)

Reach Level 20 (Single Player Campaign)

See the "Legend" trophy.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/47/029.jpg Legend (S)

Reach Level 40 (Single Player Campaign)

Nearly everything you do in the game will give you xp. Level 40 will require around 1,350,000 xp.

If you complete all Guild quests as well as the main story quests, you should reach level 40 by the time the credits roll, or be very close to it. I was level 41 when I finished the game.

If you do not have this trophy when you finish the game don't worry, because you can still continue the game once you have finished. Just keep killing until you reach level 40.

Build 15 buildings in Village Mode

Village Mode is accessed via the Multiplayer menu, although you play this mode solo. A short tutorial when you first play this mode will teach you how to build buildings.

The Ranch is the cheapest building you can build, at 2000 auras per building. Accumulate 30,000 auras and then walk around your village building Ranches where ever possible to unlock this trophy.

Remember, you can transfer across your auras from your character to Village Mode by pressing :circle: and then :triangle: while in your Village.

The quests didn't appear. I had to progress through the game, can't wait forever for it to magically reveal itself.

Awesome guide!

Maybe you can list which quests are actually neccessary to get 100/100 reputation points, or even better, which ones will give you Mages guild reputation points (and the other guilds). In the guide book, this isn't actually really clear. There are a 13 quests listed in the Mages guild, but this doesn't neccessarily mean that you get 100/100 reputation points if you complete all of these. Might be really helpfull to see which ones are actually needed to get to 100/100. It does take a lot of time to do this, because a complete playthrough, with all side quests completed are needed to be 100% sure.

Or it is possible that these reputation points are glitched, since I only had this problem with the mages guild.

Was playing with several 100s few days ago. Then I got a psn msg from one of them, calling me a noob at level 26 NOT EVER to play with pros. What a jerk.

People are really harsh online. I have been kicked from so many servers because of my low level (41 at the moment).

I can hear my name being called out by the Germans that play the game, but I have no idea what they are saying.
