TV SUPERSTARS Trophy Guide and Road Map

So, TV Superstars…. When I bought this it was purely because it was another cheap move title that would provide 15 minutes of fun to keep my short attention span at bay. But I was pretty wrong! With a title TV and Superstars I was not expecting anything much, but I was amazed how fun it really was, obviously I wouldn’t put the words “fun” in any sentence that included the “5 hours as a team trophy” (Team Tremendous!) but I really did enjoy this game in short bursts. It is just a fun reliable arcade mini game title, well worth it for £20 or less!

Before reading on please make sure that you have two move controllers otherwise the platinum is not achievable, like most move games (the fight, the shoot, Buzz music….) they have very cheekily made it impossible to platinum without having purchased a second controller.

Secondly you must have a second player otherwise the estimated time will be dramatically increased. The most annoying/hardest trophy is Team Tremendous! (play as a team for five hours). To play as a team you must have a second controller and I recommend playing as a team from start! It is possible to play with two controllers but just using yourself, but apart from taking the fun out of it you will probably need to be ambidextrous.

Once your mind has processed these annoying facts the next thing to bear in mind is the “Chef’s big beat” trophies! There are four bronze trophies (Big Beat Kitchen: Pancake Powerhouse!, Big Beat Kitchen: Hot Stuff!, Big Beat Kitchen: Nice and Spicy! And Big Beat Kitchen: Nice and Spicy!) that ask you to obtain 50 medals in each food category, these can be time consuming as you can find yourself only scooping 4 golds in some rounds that take 20 minutes with waiting and loading times. So.. pace yourself, just do a couple every other round, don’t leave them until last or you will find yourself pulling your hair out like me`.

One last note,
As for the rest of the trophies, they are very easy and will not take long at all! See below for individual trophy details. Oh.. also for the “great score” trophies…. on the high score games such as “DIY” and “Commercials” you need to score over 7000, and the for the lower score ones, “ Big Beat” and “Lets get Physical” , over 5000 although the “lets get physical” individual game trophies you need 2000 points. Sorry for that badly worded English!

You will earn this trophy after completing all objectives, same as always...

Trio
Three single players complete one show against each other

As easy as it sounds, register two move controllers (can be done with one, choose three players and make sure each is on its own sofa,. Complete a game (best to do one of the last three Big Beat Kitchen recipies as they are the shortest and.... Da-Ding! You don’t even have to play, just calibrate controllers when it asks and then leave them until the timer runs out.

Quartet
Four single players compelte one show against each other

Same as above but you just need to make sure four players are on their own sofa.

Outnumbered!
One team completes a show against one player

set up three players and then click on one of them with the move button, then click on a sofa with a player on, so, one sofa has one player and one sofa has two! Complete a short game like big beat kitchen and your done!

Dream Team!
A team completes every show twice

You should easily complete this on your quest to play 5 hours as a team! Just consciously remember what games you have played, this does not count with individual levels (i.e each level/location of frockstar) you just have to completer one “level” of each game twice.

Competition
Two single players complete one show against each other

Again, as easy as it sound... set up a two player game (one player on each of two sofas), play a game and da-ding.

Two By Two
Two teams complete one show against each other

set up two teams this time, (two sofas with two players on each), complete a game and da-ding, I personally would recommend playing two games in a row with this set up ensuring the same team wins both times to unlock Team Players! (below) and In Your Faces! (below).

Let's Get Physical: Airhead Ace!
30 perfect Airheads windows

This should pop up on maybe your third attempt at this game. As you get better you will be able to perfect 95% of the windows, hitting about 15 windows a game! Just get the hang of holding the move controllers correctly.

Let's Get Physical: Wheely Good!
Great score for Wheel Heroes

very easy to get top score for this, the fists move very slowly, and as long as you have the stamina to shake the controller it will be fine, males should have already had great practice with this motion! You only need to score above 1000 points for this so as long as you can make the first 5 jumps your fine!

LGP Reloaded: Celebrity Hotshot!
50 Starstruck targets hit in one game

When I first saw this I was worried but its actually very very easy. Just take your time.. seriously you have plenty plenty time, and be careful not to shoot yourself, do the three levels without failing and it’ll pop!

LGP Reloaded: Quite the Artist!
A painting scored at 90% or higher

(you must get past z-list to unlock this game). again, as I was doing this I didn’t think I would do it! Just make sure to hold the trigger down the whole time to make big “blobs” and youll do it! You can leave loads and loads of white, loads of overlapping, and it still seems to unlock.

Frockstar: Fantastique, Darling
Great score for makeup and costume in Paris

Score over 5000 to unlock this, very very easy. It is much easy to play it in single player though as you get more time to dress model. Just do as it says and it will unlock. One thing though, you must try and go ahead slightly of the motion instructions, as there seems to be a mega video lag!

Frockstar: That's Awesome!
Great score for makeup and costume in New York

Great score for rapping

You will hate this soooo much when going for the other big beat trophies. Just follow the instructions, and your done, you can afford to miss about 4 movements.

Big Beat Kitchen: Pancake Powerhouse!

Much easier as a team with another player, but just keep to the instructions don’t let it burn and you should bang out about 7 gold medals a turn so you will need to complete it roughly 8 times.

Big Beat Kitchen: Hot Stuff!
50 gold medals earned for fajitas

Much easier as a team with another player, but just keep to the instructions don’t let it burn and you should bang out about 5 gold medals a turn so you will need to complete it roughly 10 times.

Big Beat Kitchen: Nice and Spicy!
50 gold medals earned for curry

Much easier as a team with another player, but just keep to the instructions don’t let it burn and you should bang out about 3-5 gold medals a turn so you will need to complete it roughly 10-18 times. (really important not to add ingredients if the heat level is not yellow or it will cost you 2 medals!)

Big Beat Kitchen: Maximum Meatballs
50 gold medals earned for meatballs

Much easier as a team with another player, but just keep to the instructions don’t let it burn and you should bang out about 5 gold medals a turn so you will need to complete it roughly 10 times. DIY RAW: That's Nice, Dear!
Great score for decorating and furnishing Old Lady's house

Set up a four player game and this will pop easily, along with other DIY trophies as you will each be give one of the different houses! The trick is to not hit the wall to hard, paint slowly, always keep trigger down when finding surface to saw (it will find it straight away) and choose the right objects (you will know what this means when you play it). You need to score between 6000 and 7000+

(game won’t unlock until you have made the Z-List) This is the hardest trophy of them all.... nah only joking! select an advert to make, calibrate controller and consistently do badly, apposing what I previously stated (sorry I was wrong!) you cant just leave controller as you will fail not making it to the end, just do badly, hit half of the streaks and you will be fine....

This will unlock after about half hour of play, everytime you complete a game your points are totted up for a overall score across all games but only your top score for each game is included. After you have earned a specific amount your done! You need 86000 points to get to Superstar and you can easily get to 120000 for playing each game and level once! Very easy!

This will unlock after about 10 mins of play, everytime you complete a game your points are totted up for a overall score across all games but only your top score for each game is included. After you have earned a specific amount your done! You need 86000 points to get to Superstar and you can easily get to 120000 for playing each game and level once! Very easy!

Five Days of Fame
TV Superstars played for five consecutive days

Obviously don’t need an explanation, If you are trying for a quick platinum then just keep setting the ps3 clock forward a day.

Team Tremendous!
A team plays for five hours

Just keep on playing games. I started to set up a team game and just leave it, don’t play, go make a tea or whatever, and just look up for the calibration. I did this on Frockstar Tokyo as it is the longest game (about 11 mins) as long as you let the time run out). It will rip your hair out but it has to be done!

Fame Fantastico!
Every show completed three times

You can get this on the way to your five hours just keep a mental not of what you have played, again just the game needs to be done not individual game levels!

B is for Big Shot
B-list reached

This is the first trophy I unlocked for playing a game, It is very easy just score over 5000 overall!

LGP Reloaded: Paintball Power!
10 paintings scored at 80% or higher

Very easy again, you barely need to score high at all! Im not sure what score you need, but just keep playing, unless you aren’t actually playing, I assure you it will unlock!

Frockstar
Great scores for all three locations

Very easy, just score over 7000, see above for bronze frockstar trophies for added advice.

Great scores for all four recipes

Very easy, just score over 7000 each and it will unlock, you will not have a problem unlocking this on the way to the BBK bronzes! Much much easier than the BBK bronzes,

STAA: Publicity Machine!
Great scores for all commercials

For me at the beginning I thought this was a deal breaker! But it is actually incredibly easy, my tv had a massive lag so as long as you went a little quicker then the on screen commands and a liitle ahead, it cam very quickly. A great score is 7000+. You should easily be getting 9000+ though.


Ultimate TV Superstar!
Top of the A-List

There's your answer. You took too long to add anything to the guide, so they had the right to close it. If you don't take the time to fix your guide within a couple of days, it'll be locked. Rules are rules. But seeing as this is your first guide, it happens.

dont get me wrong, I was in no way complaining, I had it done, but my University work took priority!
I understand the rules, and I completely agree with its removal. But its done now!

With regards the tiles, I looked at the guide guide, but am still finding it difficult, my html isnt fantastic, could you possibly link me to a method of doing this? I thought I could just use the upload image button in the editor panel. I have all tiles on computer just struggling!

I hope you found the guide useful, I thought I would choose a game that didnt really need a guide as my first, as it is harder to stubmble when writing, hopefully will pave the way to many good guides!!

1) User CP -> Edit Options -> Miscellaneous Options -> Choose Enchanced Iterface
2) Go to Tv Superstars and highlight + copy the trophy tiles you need
3) Edit your post and click where you want the image to be, then press ctrl + v

What browser are you using? there could be complications.

Many thanks, I use IE8, I try to stride away but feel dedicated aftrer spending so much time on IE6 trying to iron out their impossible complications! need to start using firefox I think!!!

With help from friend (currently sitting in my HTML Lecture hehe) I got the tiles going! Have recognised you under thread title, thank you!
