Geez guy, did you at least ask him first? lol. This is the type of thing the PS3T mods DO NOT want - see the annoucement below:

k but there is guide for item ( clothes - hair - hat ) and item of the building ?

Sorry I just notice, that there has been a lot of questions and no guides. The guy at x360a spent a lot of time on these guides. I thought it would be helpful. Alright I just read that thread. I'm not submiting anything. I'm just posting helpful information.

You need to buy the farm I think.

Yeah, I think that sometimes this garden it's a glitch, 'cause I replay the Toy Box in other account and the game let me buy it normally...
