Beat The Staff Competition

We did this competition a long time ago and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Later on we attempted it again, only with a singular challenger and it was a complete disaster. After that we figured we were done with the concept as it was more trouble than it's worth, but after the rebirth of the THL and it's successful run so far, we decided to rethink this one as well and give it another shot. So here we go, time for you all to put on your big boy pants, sack up and try to beat us in some of our favorite games. The prize? Eternal glory in the form of a site award that you can wear forever, proudly showing off to everyone else that you managed to squeek out a victory over a staff member (because let's be honest, you know that if you do win, you'll have barely survived to do so ).

Sounds great right? Well it is....if you win. If you don't, that's when we get to have some fun Upon losing, we will get to award you another type of prize, a custom title that you will get to wear just as proudly for an entire month letting everyone know of your short coming in the challenge department.

So if you're still here after reading all that and are ready to step up to the plate to see if you a real man (or woman), then here are the rules that you will need to follow as well as the games that are available to be challenged!

Rules

• You must have 250 non-spam posts and have been a member for at least three months before you decide to challenge us.
• Do not challenge us by name. Challenge us by posting what game you want to play ONLY.
• If you win, you will be awarded with a site trophy. One site trophy per person. Only ONE challenge per person!
• If you lose the challenge, then you get a custom user title of OUR choosing for one month. You'll have to wear it with no complaints until that month expires. You may be thinking this is kind of a reward, but believe me, it isn't.
• All winners and losers will be tracked in the third post.
• If you don't show up to the time you arrange with a staff member, you automatically lose.
• If you use any kinds of cheats in a game (lagging for example), you'll be banned from ALL future PS3T events/tournaments/competitions/etc FOREVER.
• If a title says it allows a team based challenge, then you can set up teams if you want, but remember all of you have to show up. If one of you is going to drop out, then you have to let us know. We'll arrange equal teams (2 vs 2 for example), but if you don't want a disadvantage, you must let us know if someone drops out. If you don't tell us and one or two of your teammates don't show up, sorry, but you're playing shorthanded. All of the people who join you must be members of PS3T.org and meet the requirements.
• All staff members are eligible to participate.
• The game modes and rules used for each challenge are at the staff member's discretion. These are non-negotiable. Some of us are nice and listed the settings, others of us aren't so nice and you'll just have to sign-up and see what we have awaiting you.
• If we don't take care of your challenge right away, then please be patient. We all have lives, work, and families and may not be able to get to your challenge immediately.
• For now, the signups will only going on until January 14th (or until all spots have been filled) . We may extend it depending upon how it goes.
