Top Gun servers down?

is anyone else having this problem? everytime i tried to login it just says "lost connection to the network" or something along those lines. and it happened to a few friends as well. anyone know what the heck's goin on here? thanks a lot D6.

the game is still available for purchase in store so someone needs to call someone.they have to give u a 30 day notice.(i think) good thing i didnt buy it.

I called PlayStation they told me the game is not broken, they will not refund the money, and told me to call Paramount digital games. So if you are looking for a refund you probably won't get one.
