i only need officer richard now but i cant find him! anyone got him?

Besides me, I don't think anyone else played this game....yet.

Hell, with the failure of the first game, very few will play this one.

Yes, found him. Or better found the description how to in another forum...
To unlock him grind the barrier rail on the right side behind the alligator in New Orleans. You need to switch to Hardcore mode to reach the rail. It's the rail in the right corner, where some people are standing behind and watching you.

Does anyone found Orgarth??? He's the last one I need to unlock for platinum. Please let me know, if anyone found him...
