This is the first level you will undergo in the game. This is a basic level to help you learn the controls and get the feel for the movement. This will end when you get to a cut-scene. This Level is made up of 1 part: Croft Manor. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/002.jpg Master Survivalist - Complete the game on hardest possible settings. If you are going for the trophies in one playthrough you have to select the master survivalist difficulty straight away. This setting is available to you from the games main menu, you will have the option to select this difficulty when you begin a new game. I would suggest you play through the game on the easiest difficulty first because this will allow you to get all other trophies (including finding the treasures) first & then you can concentrate entirely on beating the game on the hardest difficulty setting the second time through. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/003.jpg Treasure Collector - Find 10 Treasures Please see the 'Master Treasure Collector' trophy for more information. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/004.jpg Skilled Treasure Collector - Find 50 Treasures Please see the 'Master Treasure Collector' trophy for more information. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/004.jpg Dedicated Treasure Collector - Find 100 Treasures Please see the 'Master Treasure Collector' trophy for more information. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/006.jpg Master Treasure Collector - Find all 179 Treasures Treasures are little shiny objects that are hidden throughout all main levels in the game. They can be found on the floor or can be found by breaking open certain urns. To break open an urn you have to use the button. When you see a treasure, pick it up by going to it and pressing the button. If you are following a guide, these should be really easy to find. I suggest you use a treasure guide if you are going for the trophies in one playthrough. Alternatively, once you complete the game you open up treasure hunter mode. This allows you to go through the levels again & search for any treasures you may have missed. Here Is A List Of Levels And How Many Treasures Are On That Level: 1) Mediterranean Sea Expedition = 26 Treasures 2) Coastal Thailand Expedition = 30 Treasures 3) Croft Manor Expedition = 13 Treasures 4) Southern Mexico Expedition = 50 Treasures 5) Jan Mayen Island Expedition = 30 Treasures 6) Andaman Sea Expedition = 0 Treasures 7) Arctic Sea Expedition = 30 Treasures NOTE: The prologue & Andaman Sea levels contain no treasures or relics. You Should Also Use this treasure guide to help you: Treasure Walkthrough NOTE: People have experienced a glitch when finding treasures that will stop you from obtaining the treasure related trophies. The problem is that when you pick up a trophy sometimes in may not register. To see if a treasure you have just picked up has registered you will have to open your PDA using the button and go to area info. If for example it was on 19 before you picked it up but is now on 20 then it did register. If it was on 19 before you picked it up but it is still on 19 after you have picked it up then it has not registered. If this happens you will have to load an old save file. Therefore I suggest you save on a regular basis just incase! If you do experience a treasure glitch where the treasure didnt register you WILL have to reload an old save or start a completely new game. They will not re-show whilst in treasure hunt mode!! http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/007.jpg Relic Collector - Find a Relic Please see the 'Master Relic Collector' trophy for more information. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/008.jpg Dedicated Relic Collector - Find 3 Relics Please see the 'Master Relic Collector' trophy for more information. Rockets
http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/009.jpg Master Relic Collector - Find all 6 Relics Relics are small golden objects that are hidden within the main levels of the game. There is one relic to each main level (totalling 6 relics). Unlike treasures, the relics will require you to search much harder because usually they can only be found by doing specific tasks to uncover them. Relics are not found in urns, they are simply sitting on the floor. To pick up a relic, go towards it and press . Use these following video guides below to help you find all 6: Relic No.1 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FnO6m36t7UU]YouTube - Tomb Raider Underworld Relic #1: Med. To perform a swan dive you have to press two buttons in quick succession. Firstly you will have to press and then straight away press . As it says in the description, you will have to do a swan dive from the top of the kraken room. The kraken room is located within the second part of the first level called ‘Mediterranean Sea Expedition’. You will only get this trophy if you swan dive from the specific point within the kraken room. See ‘Master Swan Diver’ for a video guide. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/011.jpg Swan Diver II - Swan dive from the top of Amanda's Ship. Once again this trophy requires you to swan dive from a very specific location. Amanda’s ship is located in part 4 of the first level ‘Mediterranean Sea Expedition’. See ‘Master Swan Diver’ for a video guide http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/012.jpg Swan Diver III - Swan dive from the top of the cliffs of Thailand. The 3rd and final trophy required for ‘Master Swan Diver’. Once again there is only one spot where you can obtain this trophy from. This is located in the first part of the second level ‘Coastal Thailand’. See ‘Master Swan Diver’ for a video guide. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/013.jpg Master Swan Diver - Earn all three Swan Diver trophies. You will acquire this trophy once you have successfully completed all 3 swan diver trophies. This is one trophy within the game that can be missed. In order to successfully get this trophy you will have to do all 3 swan diver trophies in the correct order, starting from 1 then 2 then 3. For a more simple view of each individual swan dive, check out this video guide below: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IruVp7FJSrk]TRU: Swan Diver & Master Swan Diver Trophies - YouTube[/ame] http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/014.jpg Climber - Execute a chimney jump of at least 2 wall kicks. Please see the 'Master Climber' trophy for more information. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/015.jpg Master Climber - Execute a chimney jump of at least 4 wall kicks. Climber & Master Climber are two very simple trophies. I would concentrate on going for the master climber because it will also earn you the climber trophy at the same time. It requires you to do a chimney jump that consists of 4 wall kicks. A chimney jump describes a situation where Lara jumps into a wall kicks herself off of that wall into another wall and kicks herself off again etc. To execute a chimney jump simply face a wall and jump directly into it by using . As Lara hits that wall you will have to tap the button, from then on keep tapping to keep wall kicking. The best place to do this is in the second part of the first level ‘Mediterranean Sea Expedition’. This will be in the room with the kraken. You will eventually come to a lever where if you pull it the spiked platform above the kraken will begin to be raised. Now you need to shoot both sets of chains in order for the platform to fall and kill the kraken. After the cut-scene go to the right hand where the set of chains were, now jump into either side and perform the 4 wall kicks. NOTE: After wallkicking you should be on a ledge, in the little room is a treasure. Also the ledge here this is the first swan dive location, swan dive off of the edge into the water below. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1MrPqdkQCio]TRU: Climber & Master Climber Trophies - YouTube[/ame] http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/016.jpg Speed Demon I - Drive into Xibalba in less than 45 seconds. This is located in the first part of the level ‘Southern Mexico’. You will have to deal with two puzzles before a cut-scene shows a secret passage in the ground open up. As soon as the cut-scene finishes you will have 45 seconds to drive to that location in order for you to obtain the trophy. See 'Master Speed Demon’ for a video guide. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/017.jpg Speed Demon II - Drive from the top of Valgrind to the bottom in less than 50 seconds. This is located in the first part of the level ‘Jan Mayen Island’. After a couple minutes of playing you should see a cut-scene showing a high pit going all the way down to the bottom. This is where your trophy hunt will start. You have to drive all the way to the beginning in 50 seconds or less. See ‘Master Speed Demon’ for a good video guide. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/018.jpg Speed Demon III - Drive through the Valhalla Maze in less than 40 seconds. This is the last of the speed demon trophies. This is located in the second part of the level ‘Jan Mayen Island’. Once you have opened the massive door you should come to an underground maze. All you have to do is drive from the entrance of this maze to the exit in 40 seconds. It is not as hard as it sounds because it isn’t really a maze, however do check the video guide located below within ‘Master Speed Demon’. Rockets
http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/019.jpg Master Speed Demon - Beat all three Speed Demon challenges. You will get this trophy after you have completed the 3 speed demon trophies above. PLEASE NOTE in order to get this trophy you have to do the 3 speed demon trophies in order from 1 to 3. If you go over the time limit and do not get the trophy then I would strongly suggest you reload a save file. Therefore I would save right before you are about to attempt these trophies just incase you miss out and can start right from the beginning. Below is a video for all 3 speed demon trophies. I would recommend using this because it shows you the exact paths to take for the quickest times possible: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=utj3LSqGbYU]YouTube - TRU: Speed Demon Trophies[/ame] http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/020.jpg Roadkiller - Kill an enemy by running over it with the motorcycle. Please see the 'Master Roadkiller' trophy for more information. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/021.jpg Master Roadkiller - Kill five enemies by running over them with the motorcycle. This trophy is very easy to obtain. Just like it says in the trophy description you have to kill 5 enemies by running over them with your motorcycle. The first level where you have a motorcycle is in ‘Southern Mexico’. Press the button to accelerate, press the button to brake/reverse. To help you go round corners easily you can press the & buttons to use the handbrake. All you have to do to obtain this trophy is run over any enemies you come across. Two good locations for this are when you first drive the motorcycle & when driving through the Valhalla Maze. The maze is a great location because you will come across a lot of enemy thralls. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/022.jpg Grenadier - Kill two enemies with one grenade. Please see the ‘Master Grenadier’ trophy for more information. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/023.jpg Master Grenadier - Kill three enemies with one grenade. This is a simple trophy that can be achieved very easily. Many people have thought you have to kill 3 enemies (meaning people) with one grenade, however this can actually be achieved by killing any 3 creatures. To throw a grenade you need to press the button. The best place to get this trophy is on the first part of the ‘Coastal Thailand’ level. After a couple of minutes playing you will eventually come to a group of spiders that attack you. Simply throw a grenade into them and hang around to wait for it to explode. NOTE: Don’t run away from the grenade because the spiders will follow you. What I have explained above is shown in this useful video. This shows you the exact location for the perfect opportunity to get this trophy: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptORkSvpHLw]YouTube - Easy Master Grenadier Achievement[/ame] http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/024.jpg Weapons Expert - Execute an Adrenaline Attack headshot on an enemy. Please see the ‘Weapons Master’ trophy for more information. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/92/025.jpg Weapons Master - Execute ten Adrenaline Attack headshots. This can be a tough trophy if you don’t know how to execute the adrenaline attack headshots properly. Firstly before you can attempt an adrenaline attack you need to make sure your adrenaline meter is full. The adrenaline meter is located in the top left of your screen right next to your health (the adrenaline meter is filled yellow). To fill this up, you have to keep shooting and hitting any enemies. Now to initiate an adrenaline attack headshot you have to have your guns out with the button. Now get really close to any enemy/creature and tap the button. This will now go into slow motion. A grey circle will appear over the enemy and a little red circle will appear somewhere else on your screen (where the red circle appears is random). Now quickly move the red circle into the grey circle using the . When it is in the grey circle press the button to shoot. Rockets
Fantastic job and I am sure I read that this was your first guide as well! :) It was my first full game guide..i finished one last week on Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists Of Plastic Can you select a chapter to play and does it tell you how many treasure you have found in each level? You unfortunately don't have a level select option athough at the end of the game there is a treasure hunt mode that becomes available, all puzzles in this mode will be completed for you. During a game press select and go to area info, this shows you how many treasures & relics you have on each level.
retnuh
don't get me wrong, this game has got nothing compared to uncharted, but its been a while since i played a tomb raider game.. so its kind of nice. and by "a while" i mean since tomb raider 2. its also nice that the trophies are really easy. Ben
Can anyone confirm that using cheats still lets you gain trophies? I've already completed the game when it was first released and just want the trophies off it now.

Romes84
This may have already been answered but I want to make absolutely sure about this ahead of time. I don't like playing games and doing everything in one play through. Take Bioshock for example. It's still worth it, to me, to play the game as it is supposed to be experienced and then go back later to do the trophies. You mentioned in the guide that you can go back through the game in Treasure Hunter mode and pick up everything you missed. Is this true, or are there any curve balls I need to know about? Thanks.
Rockets
You can play the game in one playthrough..just make sure you choose the 'master survivalist' difficulty setting straight away when you start a new game! If you follow a guide when going through the game, you wont need to go back through treasure hunt mode!
retnuh
I think they are saying that they prefer to just play the game without a guide first. Only getting whatever they can on their own, and then going back later to clean up everything that was missed. And I'm pretty sure you can go back to get the treasures after the game is beaten. I just beat it, but I accidently hit a button after the end of the game. I did access a treasure hunter mode, but I couldn't figure out how to quit it and then reaccess it. Well I should say that I quit and didn't bother to try and get into that game mode again. I did everything in one playthrough so it didn't matter to me. But yes, it is in there. I don't know if you can get the Speed Demon trophies in that mode or not, so there might be a "curve ball".
