Gate not opening in the Peru - Tomb of Qualopec

I am stuck at the part where the boulder comes crashing down the hallway & causes a platform to break free. I have no problem getting to the levers from each doorway, but after pulling them both, there is still part of the gate not opened. I have tried dying & reloading the checkpoint & nothing is happening. Has anyone else experienced this & if so, know how to fix it or do I have to start over?

I haven't played this in a while, so I can't give a detailed description, but basically;
there's a 3rd lever at the top of the central room to open the last gate. Near one of the two doorways (which each lead to a lever, the ones you've already done) you can climb a pillar, from where you will eventually work your way to the 3rd lever. Iirc you'll have to use your grapple hook to swing to the other side once you've reached the upper part of the room.

Oh ok i'll give it a try thank for the reply. I could of sworn the videos I watched for help didn't show a 3rd lever, the door was fully opened after him showing the 2nd lever, weird.
