How do I do the Gamernet Challenges?

I want to know how I do the Gamernet challenges. I'm just doing some random trophies right now and occasionally I see some gamernet challenges on the course but people are talking about a whole menu for it. I haven't used the online pass because I rented it but I can sign up for the free 7 day trial if I want to. I was planning on doing that later but I could do it now if I need it to do the Gamernet stuff. It keeps popping up that I get a random amount of gamernet points but I don't know where I can see them. Can someone help?

Go to Online and then look for gamernet challenge. There are several types from longs drives, single hole, 9 holes, 18 holes, and some other. For the trophies I just did long drives.
