I watched only the season opener & was very impressed that I thought I was going to make it a regular thing but couldn't as I didn't even remember what channel I watched it on. However if I'm right didn't the show jut start a couple weeks ago? How come the 1st season is over already?

First season there is only 6 episodes, but second season will consist of 13 episodes, the downside is that we are gonna have to wait until October next year for it , but i guess those who followed Lost are used to waiting :P

Recently I've gotten into a few television shows and this is definitely on my list of shows to watch after I get through Prison Break. I also need to watch the rest of 24 so it's a toss up on whether I should check this out or watch 24

I've read the comics and I was a bit skeptic to them being made into a tv show, but for the most part I've been pleasantly surprised. I still think the comics have way more depth, yet it's transferred decently to the screen. I'm glad it's not a straight replica, but there are some key elements I'm still missing, and I'll see how those tie in the next season.

The finale was a huge disappointment though, they could have done a lot more with that..

Anyone else enjoy the first season?
It's in Atlanta? I thought they said LA?

I was going to watch it but never did. What parts of Atlanta is it in? It's probably Midtown right?

The show is fantastic and really well done. The zombies looked great. I love how the first few episodes really stuck to the comics and its understandable to deviate away from them to give the show its own identity. I really hope season 2 includes the prison from the comics. Im really impressed that Kirkman can keep making zombies interesting for so many issues!

It's a good series but I was sort of disappointed by the last episode.

Looking forward to the new season though!

I really enjoyed it. Im not normally a fan of zombie films or TV programmes but I thought this show was excellent. The zombies look awesome and the characters are brilliant. Especially Daryl and his awesome skills with a crossbow. Roll on Season 2. Can't wait.

I picked up the first season on Blu-Ray last month but haven't got round to watching it yet. I'm sure I'll love it as I'm a huge zombie fan.
