I only need a 22" or so TV, since I'm a little cramped and have to play pretty close to the tv. Does anybody have any experience with RCA LCD televisions? They seem to be pretty affordable. I don't really want to spend over 200 dollars, but any help/recommendations are welcome.
Also do you need to buy something special to hook up a PS3 to an hdtv? I can't even remember. |

Once you have your HDTV, you need to hook it up to your PS3 with an HDMI cable then change the settings in the PS3s image settings menu so it's actually setup to use HDMI and not whatever it is you're using now. To get the best out of the cable, make sure you buy one that's compatible with the 1.4 HDMI standard

HDMI Cable Any color 6ft cable is a mere $3.50, shipping on just one cable is another $3.56, making the total $7.06. Way less than paying an extra $50 for a TV or buying the $30 or so cable they want to sucker you into at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, or any other brick and mortar store. |

I recently bought a Seiki 26" HDTV for $220 at Kmart. The only problem is that its refresh rate is 60 hz, but it does support 1080i, and has a VGA, 2 Component and 3 HDMI inputs.
Seiki 26" 720p HDTV Well, now it's $200, but it's still relatively cheap and useful if you're on a budget.

Hmm, looks like it might be July until I can get it, there is a family fishing trip this month and it can get expensive. I was looking forward to Arkham City and Lollipop Chainsaw in HD, but oh well.
