Yeah it's on this part, when you talk to D'Oro:

Getting evidence.
Talk to “prisoner”
Say “What’re you in for?”
Say “Stop testifying against me!”
Say “How about a glass eye?”
Say “bye.”

Before you can choose "How about a glass eye?", you have to back out of the conversation and first ask him what happened to his eye. Then you have to ask to bribe him again to get the glass eye option.

I think there were a couple more bits that needed elaborating... Like for example, looking at the sign for the Pepper challenge near the end of the chapter, I didn't realise there was another sign for the pepper to the right of the bar (since it highlighted the sign on the left near the exit), and had to look elsewhere to discover this knowledge.

I have a problem with the following:

Click “Club Door”
Walk up and to the right.
Click “Sign”
Talk to “W.P.”
Say “Tell me about this Fugu Jolokia Challenge…”
Click “Exit”

I don't have the option to say “Tell me about this Fugu Jolokia Challenge…”

Combine “Fugu Jolokia” and “La Esponja Grande”

It appears that I don't have the "Fugu Jolokia", so I can't finish this episode.

Did I do something wrong? I followed this guide and had no problems, until I reached this point

Hope someone can help me and knows a solution

You have to walk to the right of W.P. There are two signs in Club 41, one on the left and one on the right. Click on the sign on the right and then you will get the option ask W.P. about the Fugu Jolokia.

Anyways, just finished this game at 100% along with number 3 as well today. Great walkthrough. Hopefully I'll be able to finish number five tomorrow and have them all done.
