I was following your walkthrough but when I came to the part to get the "Lord of the Locket" trophy I didn't have "Guybrush's Picture" as it hadn't said to pick it up. You may want to add that in somewhere in the "Joining the Brotherhood" section. Apart from that everything was fine.

EDIT: My bad, I just noticed that it is in. I just missed it. Ooops!

EDIT No2: OK, replaying the game I've realised that it's in the wrong place. It should be sometime after the line "Select “Stinky – Lazyeyed – Meanie” Go!" as Morgan still has the photo at the place where it is and only throws it away after Guybrush loses the first pirate face-off contest.
