They are confirmed to be playable.

Evil Ryu play a lot like regular Akuma
Oni seem like a mix of Gouken & Akuma

The fun thing is that Akuma means Devil(in japanese) and Oni too.

That's why they kept just Oni on his name, I think.

Anyway, I might buy this if it's cheap.

They sure look cool.

Doubt it will be cheap. If costume packs cost like $4 dollars. Their character pack will be at least double that im sure xD
