First off,

Hi and welcome to the forums!

Ok, first thoughts:

The first half of the video wasn't very good. It was filmed in a bad way, in that it was hard to determine what was happening on the screen. Numerous times I was confused as to which white blob was the ship, and which white blob was an asteroid.

2nd Half. Much better, however I think the reason it's better is because you've used someone else's clips from youtube. The 2nd half was good, as you paused it to show the next few steps with a diagram (which I have to say is the best way of explaining something like this, so Kudos there!), but the next few seconds are from a clip at a different point in the game, and sometimes not even the same clip.

Suggestion:

It would be really good, if you kept the diagrams in, but used a decent video of yourself following the instructions, so when you say "wait for the blue ring to fall" it shows exactly what you would see if you paused the game, read that instruction, then unpaused it. Rather than paused it, read the instruction, un-paused it, start a new game, jump to when the instruction comes into play, etc.

Im not saying you've done a bad job or anything (quite the opposite in fact! Nobody else here has even tried to explain it with such effort as you have!) but just a few pointers to turn your good idea, into an awesome product.

I wish i could do a better job of recording the tv as i used the webcam from my laptop...but i couldnt get an angle that would make it less bright...

...i thought i could make it less bright with some editing...but nope...

i can see how some of the video can be confusing...

If one pauses at 1:32 you can see i have 14 bombs and about two thirds of the planet free of the blue barriers so i can easily dodge the asteroids since all the blue barriers are kept to one side of the planet since they spawn on my location as i used the crater as a reference point...

that was my main goal of the video guide...to let people know they can control where the blue barriers land...i hope people can use it

sun glasses in front on the web cam will remove the brightness. may sound stupid but it does work
