INTRODUCTION Super Stardust Delta brings the dynamic gameplay of killing asteroids & enemies from the PS3 to the Vita with great success. The game functions almost exactly like it's PSN counterpart with a few changes. There is a casual mode in which you have access to various special weapons like a Black Hole, standard bomb, and a missile strike. In addition, the game has been simplified to only two types of asteroids instead of three making the game even easier than the PSN version. If you were decent at SSHD then Delta should pose no problem to you for the 100%. Gameplay is fun and exciting as always! The trophy list is standard, beat Arcade mode and then get to X target in Y gamemode. I'll explain this further in the roadmap. Step 0: Things to be Aware of Before Starting the Game Nothing really to say here, everything can be attempted as much as you like. Practice makes perfect for this game, there are no explicit "grinding" trophies (although you may want to grind to improve you actual skills) and there are no missable or collectible trophies. Unlike in the PSN version where you could use Goldmelter for the entire game, in Delta you will actually need to use IceBreaker because it is 1000x more effective against Ice than the Goldmelter (and you have to use Icebreaker on some enemies/bosses that require you to use it). Step 1: Clear Arcade Mode My recommendation is to start with the main mode, there is nothing too challenging here just clear all 4 planets and you'll get 6 trophies (7 if you can survive the first 2 planets without dying, get a 10x multiplier and get the token that doubles/triples you multiplier*): Hero of Alena Hero of Sekora Hero of Mahler Hero of Werth Hero of Yuriko Hero of the Galaxy Multiplier Hero* Step 2: Replay Arcade/Planet Mode for Specific Trophies Now that you've familiarized yourself with a full playthrough of arcade mode if you didn't get any task specific trophies now would be the time to go back and try to get them. Trophies you'll get here are: Multiplier Hero* Shield Blaster The Tokenizer Scrooge MacBoom Step 3: Play the Mini-Games Now it's time to attempt to reach the requirements for each of the 5 mini games in Delta. Each of the mini games uses a unique feature of the vita (touch screens, accelerometer, tilt, dual analogs, etc) and it's up to you to master them. Trophies you get here will give you the 100% on the main game: Crushing Slick Bombs Away Hot Roller Core Destroyer Edited February 5, 2016 by Terminator Replaced missing banner (again). QuantumMercury
TROPHY GUIDE **Will be listed in order on RoadMap** **Trophies will always unlock when the requirement is fulfilled even if in the middle of a game** http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Hero of Alena Arcade, Planets – Complete planet Alena Very first world, it's basically a tutorial showing you how to use the controls of Delta, when to switch weapons, tilt the Vita for different camera modes, special weapon uses, etc. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Hero of Sekora Arcade, Planets – Complete planet Sekora Again nothing too challenging here, the boss (Buzzsaw) may be troublesome but use Icebreaker on his Buzzsaw's and Goldmelter on his face to kill him. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Hero of Mahler Arcade, Planets – Complete planet Mahler The difficulty may start to pick up on this planet for some novice players, if you've made it this far without dying you should get Multiplier Hero here if you've been collecting the green dust that destroying things give you (when you've collected enough the token in the bottom right will be given to you on screen) if you're lucky you'll get the token that doubles/triples your multiplier. You'll also get Scrooge MacBoom here if you've been getting the bomb ships and not using any special abilities. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Hero of Werth Arcade, Planets – Complete planet Werth You'll start encountering more advanced enemies here in larger numbers. More worms, things that shoot purple missiles at you and etc. I started to use my special abilities here (touching the screen for missiles, I customized the EMP Bomb and Black Hole to on the D-Pad. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Hero of Yuriko Arcade, Planets – Complete planet Yuriko The final planet, beating this will also net you Hero of the Galaxy. The planet will throw everything at you and the final boss can be a challenge as it goes in and out of the planet. The key to beating this planet more than the others is switching between weapons effectively when you need to, especially against the final boss. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/01.jpg - Hero of the Galaxy Arcade – Complete all planets This trophy will pop after Hero of Yuriko, I beat all the planets in one sitting, but if you continue after failing from a planet in Arcade mode it should still give you this trophy. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/09.jpg - Multiplier Hero Arcade, Planets – Get 20x multiplier Recommended to do this in Arcade mode, start on the first planet and beat the first two planets (Alena and Sekora) without dying (Getting a shield, using special abilities, etc). Make sure you collect the green dust that drops from asteroids/enemies when you destroy them. Boosting through the green dust will collect all of it in your area. You want to do this because the green dust gives you "points" towards an extra random token shown in the bottom right of your screen. With some luck hopefully you'll get the token that double/triples your multiplier when you've reached a 10x multiplier. To get to the 10x multiplier make sure you are boosting through multiple point tokens and getting all bonus green asteroids. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Shield Blaster Arcade, Planets – Collect 5 shield tokens while already having a shield I did this on Arcade, you'll probably get this when you go for Multiplier Hero, but when you have a shield simply collect 5 more shield tokens in the same playthrough. You can lose your shield and reattain one and the shield tokens you've collected from before you lost your shield will still count if you are on the same playthrough. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - The Tokenizer Arcade, Planets – Collect 15 tokens with a single boost You can do this on the first world, Alena, when the bonus asteroids start to come down (they have numbers where they are going to drop) make sure you destroy them ASAP (make them your priority) and when the giant green bonus asteroids drops DO NOT HIT IT with anything go right beside it and the boost through it with and you'll get the trophy. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Scrooge MacBoom Arcade – Get 10 special weapons You should get this somewhere around the third or fourth planet. It's alright if you die just never use any of your special weapons (avoid touching the screen during gameplay to accidentally launch the missiles). Make sure you get all bomb ships and when you collect the 10th special token the trophy will pop. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Crushing Crush – Complete mode This mini game requires you to touch both the front and rear touch pads on the object you want to destroy and the catch is you have a time limit to complete each stage (you'll likely be completing them with a few seconds to spare). I found an effective tactic was to use 4 fingers with one hand on the rear panel (just going berserk) and the use my thumb on the other hand on the front touch pad and it got me through the mode. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Slick Disc Slide – Get 10x multiplier Another quirky fun mini game, you're a blue disk that is controlled by moving your finger along the front touchpad. You just have to avoid hitting the red objects but you can kill them by hitting the purple bounce pads when they are within the area of effect. Simply go around killing anything that is blue by ramming into it and avoid the red objects until you get to a bounce pad. Survive long enough and kill enough objects and you'll get a 10x multiplier in no time. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Bombs Away Orbit Bomber – Get 1 000 000 points This game requires you to use the tilt function to maneuver the camera on the game to see threats coming at your ship and then use the shoulder and buttons to fire dual cannons at the enemies/asteroids. Getting to 1,000,000 points isn't too bad but may require some practice, it's not recommended that you just constantly mash the shoulder buttons cause the cannons seemingly overheat which could really screw you. Just practice and you'll get the pattern of the enemies down and how to use the tilt correctly. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Hot Roller Rock & Roll – Get 50x multiplier This was the most annoying trophy for me, getting a 50x multiplier means you have to hit 50 green rocks while avoiding all the hazards on the screen. You are using the accelerometer in this mini game to control a ball like asteroid and your only defense against hazards are purple bounce pads which have the same effect in this mini game as in the Disc Slide. All I can say is it requires a lot of practice and you'll get it eventually, I got to 45-47x multiplier 5 times before I got this trophy. One tip I can give (although I never used it) is to use the button as a "break" function on your asteroid (it's really a reset for the equilibrium) but make sure your Vita is centered so it doesn't throw off your equilibrium when you start to tilt again. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Core Destroyer Trucker – Destroy 30 green cores In this mini game you are going around latching onto green asteroids with the shoulder buttons and trying to control your ship (which becomes harder to do when you have an asteroid latched) away from enemies. The objective is to throw or hurl the asteroids into each other to create a "bomb" effect clearing all enemies in the area of effect. Do this to 30 asteroids and the trophy is yours. No real tips here you just have to get use to controlling the ship when a green asteroid is latched on. QuantumMercury
http://i.imgur.com/lwv4bW8.png Credit to RomanClaret for the banner ROADMAP Overview: -Estimated Trophy Difficulty: 5 / 10 -Offline: 5 [1(B), 3(S), 1(G)] -Online: 0 -Approximate Time to 100%: 1-5+ Hours (Skill Dependent) -Minimum Number of Playthroughs Needed: 1+ of Each Mode -Difficulty Affect Trophies?: No -Number of Missable Trophies: None -Glitched trophies: None -Do cheat codes disable trophies?: No Cheat Codes -Online Pass Required to 100%?: No Online Pass -PSV/PSN Cross Functionality?: PS Vita Only. Step 1: Play Each DLC Mode The DLC introduces 4 new modes to the Vita version of Stardust. Endless and Bomber modes are the same as the PSN version of the game and new modes include Supersonic and Twin Gun. You'll likely have to play Endless 2+ times to get both trophies corresponding to that game mode. TROPHY GUIDE http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/02.jpg - Shock and Awe Endless - Destroy 5 nukes. Ironically the hardest trophy in this DLC pack is a bronze. To get 5 nukes you have to be alert at all times as each level gets harder and harder. SAve you bombs for stages 4 and 5 if you can, use your boost to hit bounce pads and always watch your ship to avoid death. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/09.jpg - Late Boomer Bomber - Get 15 bombs. Exactly the same from the PSN version but the Vita's version is 100x simpler. It seems they don't throw as many hazards at you in PSV's version compared to the PS3 version so the same tactics apply. Follow the first ship to avoid astriods, when 2 ships are within reach use 1 bomb to collect 4 bombs (bringing you up to 13 bombs) then you 1 bomb per ship after that trying to survive. A very simple trophy, you have "unlimited" boost as long as you are boosting through items and acquiring points. Just race around the planet when enough junk has fallen and you'll get this trophy (stuff continually falls so just keep going through it to maintain your boost and build your multiplier). http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/09.jpg - Multitasking Twin-Gun - Complete one planet. The 2 analog sticks are each weapons and you use the accelerometer to steer your ship. Simply complete one planet and you'll get the trophy. I recommend the starting planet Alena for obvious reasons (it is the easiest). You do have to beat the boss. With some practice you'll get it eventually. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1091/01.jpg - Extra Ships Optional Endless - Survive 10 minutes without dying. There is a nice exploit you can use here. Once you destroy the first nuke and those mini ships with the red tail start to follow you, destroy everything on the screen except maybe 5-6 of those ships and just have them follow you around for 10 minutes until the trophy unlocks. oscalioo
For the Tokenizer I would suggest you add something extra. For me I didnt get the trophy when I just boosted through the green asteroid(but I could have done something wrong since I am quite the n00b at this game) But I suggest that you add the posibility to use an EMP when the green asteroid lands, and then boost through all the tokens it drops. This is actually how I got it.

This is actually how I got it. There's no need to waste a bomb to get Tokenizer. Just shoot the green bonus asteroid, but DO NOT BOOST YET. If you notice the point tokens always follow you, so just go a little from side to side and a lot of them will line up in a perfect line and when you boost through them you should easily get more than 15. Actually this is what you should do with most if not all point tokens to maximize your score. Because when you boost through several point tokens in one boost you get 1 X points X multiplier, 2 X points X multiplier, 3 X points X multiplier etc. for them

Theunknownclan
Thanks for the guilde it helpt me get my last bit of trophy i was missing . SInce the OP is bussy why dont we post tips our self to help each other to get the trophy? The DLC trophy are: Gold Extra Ships Optional: Endless - Survive 10 minutes without dying. Play the endless mode for 10 minute its harder then it sound since you only got one live :S. Bronze Shock and Awe: Endless - Destroy 5 nukes. Speaks for it self destroy 5 off the nukes in endless while trying to get 10 min endless survive. Zilver Late Boomer Bomber - Get 15 bombs. This one is bit hard. You can only use 11 emp and you need to keep collectiong them. Try not to waist much emp as you can. The highst i got was 12 . Zilver Supersonic: Impact - Get 99x multiplier. Didnt try this one yet but think it speaks for it self unless people got tip how to make the multiplier go up realy fast. Zilver Multitasking Twin-Gun - Complete one planet . This one is easy just complete the first planet, it takes time to get use to the controler since you going to move your ship by moving your PS Vita and the right and left annologe stick are for shooting so you shooting twice . Also for tip you can have one stick shooting blue and other red beam, this makes it easyer if you going for both color. This not realy a guide but the DLC are easyer to get then the normal ones if people post there tips here how to get them faster we can help each other this way. Edit: took the trophy name and discription of this site. Edited March 11, 2012 by Theunknownclan
Theunknownclan
Ok i got one off the trophy wrong so it took me longer te understand whate it ment but i finaly got them all. Zilver Late Boomer Bomber - Get 15 bombs. This one is tricky you need to get your bombs number to 15 and not collect 15 pieces. If you destroy tanks you get 2 bombs out off it and you start with 10 bombs. Here a trick that works for me dont destroy the first tank let it move dodge every thing its easy you can just fullow the tank from behind. When the red bomb that follow you drop run away let it crash against the tank and other object so it doenst hit you. By now the second tank will drop. This part is also partly luck you wanted to destory both tank and its container with one emp attack. Ones you got that your already on 13 bombs now. Simple try not to use your emp till the next tank comes and try to get some points by letting the red bomb destroy the object so you get the bonus bomb to improver your bombs number. If you failed the bonus bomb you need to wait for another tank other wise your number will be 15 now and you have the trophy. Zilver Supersonic: Impact - Get 99x multiplier. This one take lots off lots of luck and bit of time. In impact you all constaly boosted as long you hit something it also increase your boost and number. Try to go full circle first with destroying object in boost. Every time you stop try to reboost as fast as you can so the number will not go that much lower. Lets say you stop at 8 when you can boost again most off the time the number will be either 5 or 4. Keep doing this and try to destroy as much as you can. At the start you will not boost much but that doesnt mather since the longer it takes the more object will be dropt so keep doing this with out getting hit. Also a tip destroy the tanks that shoot you first since ones the boost is over those bullet still can kill you. Like i said this one is baist on luck at my second try i got to 89 but didnt get the trophy till my 12 try since then i got higher then 20 again :S. BlueTigerCub
Thanks for the guide - helped me with a couple of trophies I was having problems with. In particular - shock and awe - once I'd read that you could explode the bounce pads using boost (how did I not know that before?!) it made surviving a lot easier. This is a great game - so much fun.
