Finally! - 100% - 'High Score'.

I must've had this game since it was released on PSN and I finally achieved 100% trophy completion. Every trophy for this game is simple and doesn't require much of any skill, with the exception of the 'High Score' trophy.

The High Score trophy was probably one of the most annoying trophies I've ever had to get... especially for a PSN game.

*TIPS: My advice is to use Axel for this trophy. He seems to be the easiest since he's quick, has power, and his uppercut move (forward, forward, square) is essential for getting this trophy. Of course, you can do this with any character but Axel definitely seems to be the easiest.

Do NOT worry about throwing your enemies. I understand throwing gives off the most points, but when you're playing on Hardcore settings it's not needed since you'll acquire well over 800,000 points without throwing any of your enemies. The reason I say this is because when you're trying to throw all of your enemies, you leave yourself exposed to other enemies and you may take on unnecessary damage.

MAKE SURE TO COLLECT ALL OF THE EXTRA LIVES.

Most importantly, ABUSE the save feature to the maximum. Once I reached stage 5, I was saving after every hit I got on my enemies without taking damage. Unless it was a relatively easy part, I was saving before, during, and after each small segment of the game. Of course it's time consuming, but it's certainly faster than re-trying each full stage over and over.


---I'm sure all of these tips are on these forums somewhere, but I figured re-mentioning them from someone who actually has this trophy couldn't hurt. xD. I hope this helps some of you guys out that are still working on this game.

Finally I did it too.

I've never tried, until some days ago when I bought a turbo controller, but I was unable to reproduce the glitch so, instead of countless tries, I went with the legit way.

I used Max, not Alex, and with rapid fire enabled (the one inside the game, not the turbo function of the gamepad) I found him very good: especially the combo he did with SQUARE (just hold it).

I got the trophy at the result screen of the 7th level and I had 9 lives when I reached the elevator in the 7th level.
From then on I stop to use the save abuse and fight normally until the end of the level.
I end up to have 2 lives left by the start of the 8th level: more than enough for the trophy ^_^

Got it last night too... obviously the save thing came in handy
Not as bad as I was expecting though from many of the reactions people had.
If the save thing wasn't there... this would be the most rediculous trophy ever. But it is there and so it's managable with some patience.
