"Storied Reputation" Problem

Hey people,

so I wanted to unlock the above mentioned trophy the last two days and it eventually did not pop up after I did the last character.
For everyone who doesn't know which Achievement I mean, it is the one you need to finish the arcade mode with every character on medium or higher difficulty. And that is what I did.

I first did them all on easiest to unlock all the characters. And now for the trophy once again on medium. Even made a list on a sheet to check each one I finished. Now I have them all 25 checked and nothing, no trophy. Played on medium with one round from 30 to 60 seconds limits (varied it a little).

Where is the problem? Can anybody help?

Can't anyone tell me the precise requirements for this trophy? Do I have to do a certain round number or certain time? Why did it not work for me?

I've yet to try for that trophy myself, but your not the only person I've read about who's put in the work and not gotten the trophy.

Still though, the vast majority all say..
it can be 1 round on medium AND you can use your best character all the way until Seth, then lose->continue->pick the character you need to win with->Beat Seth and it will count.

I dunno, kinda worried now 4 when I go for this..good luck

that really doesnt make any sense...
when i got that trophy i just went through every character on medium the 1st time i played as them.
erm...just keep checking that you see game over after you beat seth i guess :S
did you complete it with seth, akuma and gouken?

I did the standard match with 1 round levels and beat it with everyone on medium to get the trophy. I figured I would get multiple trophies in one play though...

No shit. I did it with EVERY character at least ONCE. There is no mistaking. I wrote all the names down.

I had no problems with this trophy. I did what Exodus_AoA said and it worked fine to me.
