discussing the ending(spoilers)

I have only seen the dark side ending but i am very confused... i got gold in all the challenges and i watched the extra cutscenes that are drawn so im assuming that he shows dark apprentice your dead body? and i cant figure out if your a clone or if your starkiller? and basically vader draws you there to have dark apprentice kill you? any1 care to talk about the ending? and i have yet to see the light side ending but feel free to discuss that too cause ill see it by the time any1 responds.... well lets discuss then!!!

My understanding is that the challenge cut scenes are scenes that were cut out from the game. They do not take place after the ending of the game, and feature the player character. The dead body is presumed to be the original Starkiller.

The cutscenes unlocked by challenges is the story of the Dark Apprentice, the clone who appears during the dark side ending. It's basically his backstory but since the dark side ending isn't canon, anything that was shown in these isn't part of the actual story or part of the greater canon.

So while the videos do show Galen's corpse floating in a tank, making Starkiller a clone, there is no guarantee the character will appear in future games (DLC is possible, like the dark side DLC for TFU1) or that Starkiller will still end up as being a clone.

The very last 3 cinematics have nothing to do with TFU at all. These are Star Wars Episode IV related, with the voice actors for Starkiller/Vader acting out a bit of original Star Wars before Luke was Luke and before the Force was called the Force.

In terms of prefered ending, I think the dark side one was much better. You don't capture Darth Vader, it's just wrong.

I think he is a clone. The end of TFU1 made it clear he should be dead. If he's not and we were Starkiller, I'd say it's pretty flawed. I liked how this new sinister apprentice is completely dark but when he saw Juno he still had a hidden feeling for her. The third game can make it like the first game and bring back some glory. This clone out doing the bidding of Vader and in the end finding what is right and joing the republic.

Mind you the dark side version killed of Kota o.o Don't really wanna see him again, hate his voice.

i dont know, i find it interesting that vader has such interests in the starkiller we're running around.
..even tho he has another with cloaking abilities, i guess theres no replacement for the real thing.

The dark side ending is so much better than the light side. The light side is just plain cliche. I wish the dark side ending was canon and in FUIII we got to play as the dark apprentice hunting jedi.

Personally the greatness of the first game was the saber Vs saber fights. Hunting Jedi was awesome, they need to do that again
