Where can i find these guys?

I am at the 7SD and i have finished all the floors but i have not seen any metal scumbag

They can be found at 6th and 7th floor.

They only appear in certain spawns. The only place ive found one is on the 6th floor behind the chest with edges scintilllant scream is. The spawn will be either a metal scumbag or a priest enemy.

i remember i found one on the upper right hand corner of the 7th floor (or maybe 6th i'm not sure but it's either 6th or 7th)
