It depends on where in the game U are?. The best place to level up every character is 7SD (Fighting Metal Scumbags) with EXP equipment.

Another good spot is POC not far away from the audience chamber. Fight Forsaken Beasts (Make sure to be surprised of them) and then re pop and do the same again with your ocarina.

if you're in the 60-702 ranges then the palace of creation's forsaken beast that master mentioned in his post is the best place to level up near the end of the game. you can easily get your characters to levels 90-100 as long as your surpirsing him every time and respawning him with the orcale and resin and repeat over again.

Then later on in the game once your strong enough to make it to the metal scumbags in the 7SD with bonus to exp gear then you can spend your time grinding it out to your 200-255s level ranges. I recommend being in your level 140-170s at least before facing them for hey have a lot of HP than more and might run way if you don't kill them fast enough.

If U already have beat the game I highly recommend that U find a Metal Scumbag in 7SD (Cave of 7 Star) Near the northwest corner of floor 6 there will be a metal scumbag there in a dead end.

If U make exp stuff for your whole active party U can hit level 200 or 255 in a few hours. U must obtain 50% or more BT for every character to remove level cap

If U find 7SD to hard U can grind up with Forsaken Beasts until U hit around 90 - 100 in level before the dungeon again. Because the enemies in there is much more powerful then the other enemies U have fought. Beware for the bees "Gust Hornet" who can kill U very fast if U not have enough with DEF. Other than that, when U can handle the rest of the enemies in 7SD on floor 1-3 U can grind there until U feel that U can go on to the higher floors 4-7 until U find a Metal Scumbag

Thank you very much both of you for the help.

I got two questions,
1- For every 50% BT per character does that increase the level cap per character or does it need everyone at 50% including Faize + Arumat, or just one of them?
2- Exactly what is the process and items required to make this xp gear? (ie. farming areas, synth, etc.)
