The Gold Miner Trophy Glitched!! :(

I have been playing SSX pretty constant since release and have been edging closer to Platinum. This is already a hard enough achievement due to the stupid Bandwagon Badge, but it has now been made a complete impossibility for me.

I needed one badge to complete the Explore section, which was 'Place 15 Geotags which are never collected'. I got this yesterday, but somehow the trophy (The Gold Miner) has never appeared, and still shows up missing in the trophy list!!

I am now left with a 0% chance of Platinum

Anyone else had any similar experiences with trophies not unlocking??

That sucks. Only suggestion would be delete your SSX data and start over.

Would I be able to copy my save data to USB stick before deleting it, then after completing explore again (hopefully gaining the trophy), delete again, and copy my old save back across??

Is this what I have to do, do you know??

It'd certainly save alot more hassle, although its already a bloody hassle as it is lol. Just dont think I could handle starting the whole game from scratch.

This glitch has happened to me too! Exactly the same, the last badge was the 'place 15 geotags' one, and I never got the trophy!

I'm absolutely gutted, has anyone found a way to get this to work, or is it really a case of deleting my data and starting again?

It happened for me too. The last batch was" withstood 50 friend challenges". Is there a solution for this or is starting from scratch the only way?

Hey RFC2007, that sucks BIG TIME!!?!
Just a thought here... can't you just keep placing Geotags and maybe, MAYBE, after just a couple more, it will pop up!?

Maybe the badge gets triggered not by the 50th but by number 54?
I dunno, but it is worth a try to keep going...

I know it is not exactly the same problem, but in a way it might be:
My trouble was with the Gear Pack : Get all Team SSX Members to Level 2/4/6.

After some boarding and some grinding I got ALL my SSX Team Members to Level 6!
It showed so when I could select my rider for a descent.
Yet, NO BADGE popped up!??!? And hence NO trophy...
I was stunned (in a bad way) and just continued playing and thinking what I could do and how to solve it.
And, I believe the next day, the Badge suddenly popped!!?!
And with that my !!!

So maybe this gives you some hope to keep on boarding and not (yet) restart from scratch...
