Introduction :
Sports Champions is a Playstation MOVE launch title which optimizes the motion controller. 6 sports are available to play; Disc Golf, Bocce, Archery, Table Tennis, Beach Volleyball and Gladiator Duel. There are 4 difficulty levels for each events and will be unlocked after defeating it.

Step 1 : Playthrough all events
Unlock all difficulty level until Champions Cup becomes available. You should try to obtain 3 stars in Bronze Cup and all matches in Beach Volleyball, Archery, Table Tennis and Bocce.

Step 2 : Play Champions Cup
All of the first match for Champions Cup should be easy for you to get 3 stars. Out of all events, Beach Volleyball and Archery are relatively easy to gather 3 stars for almost all matches. Gladiator Duel and Bocce could also help you get some stars. Table Tennis is just plain ridiculous starting from the 3rd opponent. And Disc Golf, well, you can just ignore it.

Step 3 : Complete Challange Mode
Check the minimum score needed for each event to unlock the trophies. Make sure to obtain as high score as possible in the 1st stage.

Step 4 : Obtain Remaining Trophies
This includes offline multiplayer trophies. After finishing Gold Cup, you should already have obtained most trophies which require certain amount of in-game skills. Refer guide below.

Trophy Guide

I Can Throw A Disc
Win a Disc Golf match in any mode.

Simply win a Disc Golf match.


Ace!
Get a hole-in-one in Disc Golf.

The 1st match against Kenji should be the easiest hole to obtain this trophy. As the game says, mimicking a real life movement will definitely help. Throwing the disc backhand from your hip is alot easier to control the swing.

This can also be done in Multiplayer.

My Aim Is True
Get a score of 5000 or better in Disc Golf Challenge Mode.

This trophy is quite hard to obtain and requires training. Gather as many score as you can in the 1st stage (around 3000). Don't rush since multiplier is needed to get the score. For 2nd stage, wait for the ring to move to the middle.


Fore!
Toss 20 discs close enough to an opponent in Disc Gold to make them get out of the way in Champions Cup.

Just throw your disc towards your opponent to make him/her move. Easiest way to get this trophy is in Bronze Cup against Kenji. Wait for Kenji to throw his disc near the hole (1-2 meter). Then aim your disc at him and throw it. Since your disc will always be further away from the hole than his, you will always get your turn after each throw. There's a limit of 10 disc per hole, so you need to repeat this on 2nd and 3rd hole. And yes, you need to sacrifice a game against him, since the trophy will only unlock after completing the match.


I Hit Someone
Win a Gladiator Duel match in any mode.

Simply win a Gladiator Duel match.


King Of The Ring
Win 30 matches in Gladiator Duel by knocking your opponent out of the ring in Champions Cup.

Play against Giselle in Bronze Cup. Backstep few times until you stumbled. Once you recovered, side step until she's now at the edge of the ring. You can either hit her or shield bash her for a ring out. Repeat.

Man Or Machine?
Get a score of 15,000 or better in Gladiator Duel Challenge Mode.

This is relatively easy. Hit where the flashing red light is 10 times without missing. Blocking the attack using weapon will make it die earlier. Makesure to avoid being hit.

Super Parry!
Successfully parry (block using JUST your weapon) a 'Super Strike' attempt againt all 10 opponents in Gladiator Duel playing in Champions Cup.

Do this in Silver Cup. Hit your opponents on their shield. When their blade is covered with shining blue current (means Super Strike is activated), use your weapon to block their attacks instead of using your shield. Do this to each of your opponent in Silver Cup.


I Can Aim
Win an Archery match in any mode.

Simply win an Archery match.


Hat Trick!
Score 3 bull's-eyes in a row on floating Archery targets.

You can do this against Dallas in Bronze Cup. Take your time aiming since you can see where your arrow will go and aim for the nearest target 3 times in a row.

This can also be done in Multiplayer. It's better since there'll be opponent to interfere with your targets.


Sharpshooter!
Get a score og 15,000 or better in any Archery Challenge Mode.

Aim for the head to get multiplier and instant-kill. You can even get 15,000 score in the 1st stage.


The Splits
Split three arrows in a row in any Archery mode.

Tips 1 : No time limit, but limited arrows (7). You can do this against Jackson in Bronze Cup since there's no time limit and you can take your time aiming. Aim for the same spot to split arrows. You will see a message on the left side of your screen if you managed to split arrows. and you need to do this 3 times in a row. The trophy will unlock immidiately after splitting 3 arrows consecutively.

Tips 2 : 45 seconds time limit, unlimited arrows. You can do this in free play by selecting Standard Targets and Bronze difficulty since it's easier. You have unlimited arrow and can try to get 3 splits in a row in 45 seconds

This can also be done in Multiplayer.

Over The Net
Win a Beach Volleyball match in any mode.

Simply win a Beach Volleyball match.


Shutout!
Win a match in Beach Volleyball without allowing your opponent to score a single point (any mode, any number of sets, and a minimum of 11 points per set).

This is easy. Choose Free Play. When selecting location, press and change the point per set to 11. Choose Bronze difficulty. Once you get a hold on how to do fiery jumping serve, your opponent will never stand a chance to take your serve. Or play normally since it's easy.

This can also be done in Multiplayer Head-to-Head. Just serve your ball and don't move the 2nd player.

Beach King
Get a score of 20,000 or better in Beach Volleyball Challenge Mode.

Use underhand serve and spam it. Obtain as many score as possible in the 1st Stage.

High Five, Low Five
Win a multiplayer cooperative game in Beach Volleyball.

You need 2 MOVE controllers to get this trophy. Invite a friend and go to Free Play. Simply win the bronze match. You can even do this alone with MOVE in both of your hands.


I Have Heard Of Bocce
Win a Bocce match in any mode.

Simply win a Bocce match.


Sweep!
Sweep a frame by scoring a point on every ball your threw in one round of Bocce.

This is easy too. Makesure all your balls are thrown near to the small ball (Pallino). Your opponent in Bronze Cup sucks. So, do it there.

This can also be done in Multiplayer. Have player 2 to purposedly throw his balls far away from the Pallino and it's all set.


Bombs Away!
Get a score of 15,000 or better in Bocce Challenge Mode.

Getting multiplier is the key. Aim for the ball to get multiplier. Score as much as possible in the 1st Stage.



Follow The Bouncing Ball
Win a Table Tennis match in any mode.

Simply win a table tennis match.


Rally Tally
Get a rally of at least 25 in a Table Tennis match (AND win the point) in any mode.

Do this in Bronze Cup. Don't smash or spin the ball. Simply hit it gently.

This can also be done in Multiplayer which is better. Play with your friend for 25 hits and let him miss the ball when you have at least reached the required amount.


Clownin' On Robots
Get a score of 15,000 or better in Table Tennis Challenge Mode.

This can be troublesome. Aim for the blue spot on the table so that your ball will fly towards the robot. Tips : Hold your move downward and do a right spin. It's easier to control the ball to let it fall on the blue spot. And it's easier to reply a spinning ball in 2nd and 3rd Stage.


Speedy Edge Spinster
Hit 10 blazing fast spinning shots that nick off the edge of the table playing Table Tennis in Champions Cup.

This will come naturally while playing Cup matches. Turn your wrist at an angle and hit hard to create a blazing ball of fire. Aim for the left or right.

Look Ma, 2 Hands!
Play at 1 match of Gladator Duel, Archery, and Beach Volleyball in Champion's Cup or Free Play using two motion controllers.

Play all events mentioned above with 2 MOVE controllers and makesure to WIN to unlock the trophy.

Social Gamer
Play a multiplayer game in every event.

Invite a friend to your house and play every event with at least 2 players. Atleast 2 MOVE controllers are needed.


I Can Do Better
Replay a previously won Champions Cup match (any event) and improve your score.

Replay a match in Champions Cup and earn more score than you did before.


Bronzed Arms
Win the Bronze Cup in every event.

Bronze Cup is relatively easy for all matches. Try to earn 3 stars for every matches in Bronze Cup. This trophy will be unlocked once you have beaten all opponents in all events.


A Star Is Born
Earn 10 stars in Champions Cup.

This trophy will be unlocked after earning a total of 10 stars.


Shining Star
Earn 150 stars in Champions Cup.

You will surely get this trophy by getting 3 stars in almost all events in Bronze Cup.

All Too Easy...
Shoot a score of -10 or better over the full 18 hole course in Disc Golf.


This could be the hardest trophy for some since there's no trick to it. Choose Free Play and then Stroke Play. Select Full Course as location and choose Bronze difficulty since there'll be no wind to get in your way. Aim for Birdie for easy holes. Getting Hole-In-One in the 1st hole will also help. Train a lot cause it's all depends on your wrist.

This can also be done in Multiplayer. But it's faster to get your turn if you're playing alone

Another tips is to play in Master Cup which has 18-hole field. That means you can leave and resume to get -10 total score.


Super Striker!
Complete 50 'Super Strikes' in Gladiator Duel playing in Champions Cup.

It's easier to do this in Silver Cup since your opponent will attack you more than in Bronze Cup. Block with your weapon to charge your Super Strike faster (3 times to get it full). Press when it's ready and hit your opponent.


Bull's Eye!
Get 100 bull's-eyes in Archery playing in Champions Cup.

This will come while playing through all the Archery matches. If it doesn't unlock, you can always check your stats. It's easier to do this in Bronze Cup since you have the indicator.


Defensive Specialist!
Make 50 diving digs and 100 blocks in Beach Volleyball playing in Champions Cup.

This trophy will also be unlocked while playing through all the matches in Volleyball.


Outta My Way!
Hit 30 opponent balls out of the way to claim the inside position (aka 'Super Shots') in Champions Cup.

In Bocce match, if your opponent's ball is nearer than yours, aim for his ball to knock it away from the Pallino. And makesure your ball is now nearer to the Pallino than his.


Great Balls Of Fire!
Win 100 rallies in Table Tennis with Smash Winners in Champions Cup.

Get a point (100 times) by smashing the ball to create a blazing ball.


Silver Cups
Win the Silver Cup in every event.

Refer "Stay Gold" for tips and tricks.

Shooting Star!
Earn 300 stars in Champions Cup.

You will get this after earning 300 stars. Refer "Super Star!" for tips.


Total Shutout!
Win a Match in every event without losing a hole (Disc Golf), round (Gladiator Duel, Archery), or point (Beach Volleyball, Bocce, Table Tennis) in Champions Cup.

Do this in Bronze Cup. Just don't let your opponent get any point or win a round in all the events mentioned above.

Disc Golf - can be easily done in 1st match in Bronze Cup against Kenji as long as you don't have double or triple bogey on any holes. You have to win all holes. Remember you can quit and resume in case you did bad in certain holes.
Gladiator Duel - 1st opponent in Bronze Cup is really easy, just hit your opponent at where his weapon is. The AI won't even have the time to block your attack.
Archery - There's no time limit in 1st match of Bronze Cup. Take your time aiming.
Beach Volleyball - Once you know how to do a flaming jumping serve, your opponent won't stand a chance even in Silver Cup. But it's better to be done in Bronze Cup.
Bocce - 1st match in Bronze Cup. Your opponent sucks.
Table Tennis - 1st match in Bronze Cup. Don't rush to smash. Normal hit will do.


Stay Gold
Win the Gold Cup in every event.

Use character who is good at the event respectively (normally the 10th opponent). Press at Character select to view the strenghts of each character.
Volleyball - Tatupu
Archery - Dallas
Bocce - Boomer
Table Tennis - Kenji
Disc Golf - Giselle
Gladiator Duel - Rin

Volleyball, Archery and Bocce are relatively easy to win.

Tips for Disc Golf Gold Cup:
Disc Golf would be the hardest of all especially the final opponent since you cant afford to do any Bogey and must aim for Birdie for easy holes. Makesure to have a '-' stroke difference from the very 1st hole. In case you did bad for the next hole, just hit 'Quit' instead of restart. And then choose the event again and 'Resume'. The match will start again from the start of the hole that you left before. That means you can try again to get a better stroke.

Tips defeating Kenji in Gold Cup:

• While serving aim for the right side of the table and near the edge. Serve top spin (it doesn't have to be a flaming serve) He'll reply it with a spin but it's going out.
• Move back a bit to take a spinning ball and don't smash.
• When he's serving near the net, step forward and place your bat near the net. Don't hit, just place it. He'll likely to miss the ball depending on the angle of your bat.
• If you won 1st set but lost in the 2nd set, quit the match and resume.

Tips for Gladiator Duel Gold Cup:

• Don't rush. Wait for opponent to attack you 1st. Quickly step back and hit at the side where he/she is holding weapon.
• If you lost in 2nd set, quickly quit and then select the match again to resume from the start of the 2nd set.

Owned All
Win a match with all 10 characters, in every event, playing any mode.

This is the easiest Gold Trophy of the game. After winning a match in Bronze Cups, choose quit in Select Opponent screen and use different character.


Super Star!
Earn 600 stars in Champions Cup.

You don't need to obtain 3 stars in all matches. But, makesure to get 3 stars in most of the matches in Volleyball (easiest), Bocce, Archery and Table Tennis. You can ignore Disc Golf and Gladiator Duel. For Champions Cup, you can normally go far in Volleyball, Archery and Bocce (Sorry, i didn't try Gladiator Duel since it's tiring). So try to collect as many stars as you can in those events.

If you have beaten the hidden character, use it for the specific game as it helps alot

Hidden Trophy:
High Roller
Earn at least 500,000 points in your total score. Nigel would be proud.

It will be unlocked after playing through around 3/4 of the game. You can always check your stats to know your points.



Living Legend
Congratulations! You are a true CHAMPION.

Congratulations! After sweating alot and hurting your arms, you will finally gain this trophy.

This is my 1st guide. Sorry if there's alot of mistakes in this guide. i haven't platinumed the game yet cause i don't have an extra MOVE controller. Hopefully it will be back in stock tomorrow so i can get the trophies which require 2 MOVE controllers

Very impressive guide, I think its worth mentioning that the "Look Ma, 2 Hands" trophy either has to be done in one sitting or you must win all events with both controllers as this didn't unlock for me when I expected. I had previously played and lost archery quickly using 2controllers, turned off the system come back and then played and won both volleyball and gladiator duel using 2 controllers. The trophy didn't pop, I replayed archery and won, then it popped!
