Samaritan question

Currently on my 2nd playthrough and have a quick question regarding this trophy. If I get a Mission Fail will my progress for this trophy be affected? Say if I accidentally use lethal force or trigger an alarm? I need to know before I go any further lol.

Mission Failed shouldn't count, but if you are worried just restore data.

Just gonna finish this run through as I'm half way through Jerusalem now. Thanks for the reply anyway Saber no doubt I'll be asking for your advice on CT next :P

I died several times and still got Samaritan by quitting to menu and loading manual save.

I'm debating whether to go for this trophy. After I got screwed out of "Immune" in 'Chaos Theory,' I dont want that pain again!

No it doesn't count against the trophy.
Glad to have finally got this one. Two bronzes to go to Plat at least 2 of the 3
