Having trouble grinding trophies

So I've now got this 91% complete, platinumed Pandora Tomorrow, only hard and expert trophies left to do on chaos theory, all grind trophies are done on the other games, so putting down 10 enemies when they notice you, 25 picked doors, 25 cameras etc are not popping, what am I doing wrong???

well i finally got the idea! now at 94% after 25 cameras and 15 wall mines popped, turns out that you should load level rather than load your own save otherwise that seems to interfere with the amount towards these trophies, anyone else found that this helped them? will have this platted very soon hopefully and I feel i deserve it spending so much time and effort on it. The trophies aren't too bad or glitchy really I'd just say some of the conditions/actions required are mighty confusing for some of them

Well the platinum is mine I'm well chuffed with it, good luck to everyone else reading who's trying to get it and take note of my tips for the grinding trophies they really did work with me!!
