Has anybody but me had trouble with "Immune"?

I havent seen anyone else saying theyve had problems with it but three times now it hasnt unlocked for me and i know i didnt use a medkit any of those runs, didnt even pick any up on two of them :\

Well, FINALLY got it and urban legend... didnt try for passive aggression this time so I knew i wouldnt get it... hopefully ill get it next run

Three tips

1. Try changing the difficulty which you play the game under

2. Change the way you save the game. Manual is usually the most reliable

3. Try and complete the game in one sitting. It has been known that Splinter Cell suffers from amnesia and as a result it forgets whether you have used Medikit or not

If you use a medkit, then reload a prior save (hard load) and hard save over it without using a medkit, does the game record the first medkit as used ? I'm on my first run and going for Immune and Passive aggression on the same run and did this once.

Not a great deal if it does as I'll go for Immune on my second run (I always delete the save files on a new difficulty) but would be good to know. And great guide on Youtube, helped on Quick Draw

Edit: I can confirm that reloading a prior save and hard saving after using a medkit does not count as used. I got stealth operative, immune, passive aggressive (was going for these 3) and, surprisingly, urban legend in this run. I did die a few times missing some jumps but was quick to hard load before the death screen. So the patches have fixed most of the trophy issues, it seems.
