as soon as I heard him talk, I got excited

I'm a huge fan of Jim Cummings, he is very popular for Disney voices, his main one being Pete from the Mickey Mouse cartoons, and he plays Pooh and Tigger as well and he is Ed, the crazy laughing hyena in Lion King. He is the Tasmainian Devil from Looney Tunes and has played voices in many old cartoons such a Powerpuff Girls and Scooby Doo.

He did several voices in the Kingdom Hearts series (obviously) and also does many many video game voices today. such as side characters in Skyrim and Mafia II.

to put it bluntly, he is a HUGE voice actor and has been in countless cartoons, cartoon movies, and video games.

I'll never watch "Darkwing Duck" the same after this. Mr. Cummings made me laugh A LOT during my two completions in Story mode. Even the jokes that I remembered from before made me laugh just as much.
