Goblin's Clown room?

Okay I have gone through this a couple of times and seems that its just luck on which face is correct.

Am I missing something about them or is it just luck?

the left eye is twitchy, kind of like it gets stuck

Yeah this was painful for me too. I managed to beat medium anyway without knowing that

Yep, it goes up and down fast.
