No, you can get golden spiders on any difficulty. Play on easy so you can blow through each stage with your maxed out Spider Men.

Just FYI, the last spider I missed was in Back From the Dead in the hydroponic jungle at the very top of the domed ceiling. You won't see the spider indicator because you'll be too far away unless you climb up there.

Oh, also, you can quit out of a stage at any time and it'll save your spiders. No need for a checkpoint.

Oh yeah. No problem. I went through there 4 or 5 times trying to find it, spending 5-10 minutes each time in the hydroponic jungle. The rest of them shouldn't pose too much trouble. Last bit of advice: look for openable doors by walking up to them and looking for the circle icon, and look for force field generators. More than likely they'll open up a room with a spider inside. That's about it. Easiest time finding collectibles in a game I've had.

In ''Things Fall Apart'', I can't find the #2 Spider, I went throught it 3 times and still couldn't find it.

Also the talk about a ''Spider Tracker'' or indicator, I don't recall ever seeing it.

ur spider symbol in the upper right of ur screen will flash when in the presence of a collectible spider, this is the icon that shows ur current spider quantity uve collected

Here's a few for guys if you found the ones that I be a note on please let me know.


Spider-Man Golden Spider List (ignoring the one’s you receive from a challenge or by combat)
Chapter 1-Things Fall Apart
Golden Spider 1: In the same area where you reach the 43 orb challenge. On the left side of the upper platform. You’ll need to web-jump to get it.
Golden Spider 2:After going through the double doors you be in a room with wires that have orbs on them. In the center of the room is a big shaft that you can fall down into. Ignore this shaft and web Zip onto the wires. Enter a door by pressing the button to open it and inside the room is a golden spider on the wall along with a memo on the floor.

Wild Cards
Gold Spider 3: After defeating the enemy and taking his Security Key. Ignore going to your next objective. Instead, wall climb onto the left side of the walls and climb onto the ceiling over towards the right side of the walls. You’ll see like a hole in the right side of the walls near the ceiling, simply jump down below and you’ll find the golden spider.
Golden Spider 4: In the same area where you reactive the 70 orb challenge. You can find this golden spider behind the huge statue with the see through global. You’ll have to web zip to get on top of the statue or you can climb the wall to reach the top behind the statue.
Golden Spider 5: After opening the door by repeatedly pressing the button. Web Zip onto the over side of the area and drop down on ground level. Now go left and you’ll find it on the wall on your right.
Golden Spider 6: In the same area where you receive the combat challenge. Climb to the ceiling and climb the wall to reach the upper platforms. You’ll see a hole in the wall with orbs inside it, go inside and drop down in the office below to find it.
Gold Spider 7: There’s one in the laser room were you seen eddie

No Way Out
Golden Spider 8: Found after opening the first door. Climb the wall to your right and open the door you see, inside will be a computer with orbs in it and to your left will be this Golden Spider on the wall.
Golden Spider 9: Found in the area with the locked security door, simply jump down to ground level and you’ll find it the corner of the wall with the blue laser boarders around it.
Golden Spider 10: When you need to find a Security Key, enter the door and turn left to find another set of doors. Open the doors with and climb the ceiling to get it.
Golden Spider 11: After freefalling for the first time. You’ll eventually make it to an area with a door on each end. The door on the bottom of the room which you have to open with the button will have the Golden Spider on the wall along with a computer with orbs.

Pro and Anti-Venom
Golden Spider 12: Somewhere in the room with the lasers.
Golden Spider 13: In the challenge area, it’s by the 2nd shut down control panel.
Golden Spider 14: Somewhere in the same challenge area after shutting down the 2nd control panel.
Golden Spider 15: After shutting of the Atomic Energy Regulators and climbing through the vent, jump out of the broken window and look for it on the ground level in the upper right hand corner.
Fighting The Future
Golden Spider 16: After having to find another way around you’ll be in a room where you’ll need to fight robots. After defeating them, climb to the upper level and you’ll see a yellow like gate glowing. Destroy this door to find the Golden Spider on the other side.
Golden Spider 17: In the challenge area room, simply turn around and look up on the wall where you started at.
Golden Spider 18: In the area after making through the time limit lock door, climb to the upper platform to find it on the ground.
Back From the Dead
Golden Spider 19: After hitting the tentacle to remove him from the door. Enter through the door and you’ll see it on the wall you your right.
Golden Spider 20: After destroying the turret, go right and continue until you find a dead end and climb the wall to find it.
Golden Spider 21: In the room where time changes your current path. You’ll find it on the wall under a platform

Act 2
Here There Be Monsters
Golden Spider 22: In the room with a lot of enemies for you to fight. There will be a door to the left you can left open to reveal the golden spider.
Golden Spider 23: In the room with the 3 security key door lock. It’s in the force shield, to get it you need to get all the 3 security keys, open the security door, flip the switch, go down to the door below that opened up and destroy the power cell. Now the force shield is gone so go back to the Golden Spider to obtain it.
Golden Spider 24: In the room with the power cell that you need to destroy once security is activated. It’s on the shelve on the left when you first in enter the room. Simply look behind it.
Golden Spider 25: Somewhere In the room where you have to save Amazing Spider-Man from getting crushed.

Well, that's weird. I went back to ''Things Fall Apart'' went to the area with the memo and no spider.

Druing the whole chapter the indicator didn't blink at all but when I check in ''Chapter Select'', its still say I am missing the 2nd Spider.

I finished all challenges.

Yeah, I got Memo #1, I remember going in that room before, I just didn't notice the memo.
