I have just been on the the Hong Kong psn but spelunker and black have disappeared. and I have tried to open a Japanese account before but I have no idea what im doing.
but thank you for showing us how to get it if and when I manage to open an account. I had it for a while from a mate but when the slots went from 5-2 I lost it. and would really love to finish it off as I love the game.
