Anyone else having trouble with 'Situational Awareness' unlocking?

This seems silly since it seems so easy but I've yet to have

Situational Awareness unlock. I've beaten the game on Suicide difficulty and only have it and

MFWIC left for

.

I've been in firefights where I've gotten sand to drop on enemies, but still nothing! Is this ridiculousness just me?!

Any tips or suggestions?

Try chapter 3 again. The ceilings are full of sand. Just keep shooting the glass ceilings.
