Master the system trophy

So I followed the guide, it says press triangle on main screen and it will show show what is unlocked and what is locked. So I checked, I think maybe 2 or 3 of them should be unlocked but it is not. For the game RISTAR, collect 5 yellow stars and you will unlock an interview. I did collect the 5 yellow stars and I did get the trophy for it, but when I press triangle in the main screen the interview for it is still locked. What am I missing here?

This happened to me with the Garden Gnomes trophy. It happened to me because as soon as I got the trophy I quit the game and it did not save... doh!

Same thing here, got the trophy but I actually played far far longer, beat 2 more bosses even, but the interview didn't unlock anyway. Had to do it all over again from the start, and the interview unlocked after the second boss. It's definitely unstable and worth noting in the guide.
