Platinum Difficulty Rating

Gonna have to vote 4, for this one - aside from Can't Touch This none of the trophies are difficult, just time consuming. I pretty much ran through the main game, went back and S-Ranked, and then took a leisurely stroll through each level to get the Red Rings.

Sure, some of the challenges were tricky but with unlimited lives in Challenges and no need to S Rank them they still came pretty quickly.

So 2/3 think this game is a 6 or higher (I did the math).
Really not seeing how 3/10 reflects the viewpoint of this site. I think the xbox guides difficulty nailed it.

Gave it a 4, I've just platinumed this game after getting all the S-ranks as well, thoroughly enjoyed it but the platinum ain't very difficult.

More Sonic games like this please Sega!

I gave it a 4. I thought getting an S rank on some of the later levels wasn't too easy, not getting hit by the last boss was annoying and I thought gettting a few of the red coins where a real pain, but other then that the game was pretty easy.

Same for me with a 4.

The hardest bits were the red rings and the doppleganger challenges (killing yourself if you get stuck or slowed down helped me).

The 'You Can't Touch This' trophy was suprisingly easier than I was expecting, jumping between classic & modern as the homing attacks get close helped, and the rest was observation really. It was harder to keep enough rings tbh.

Great game though!

This wasn't too hard. Can't Touch This was the only real challenge.

- Can't Touch This

- Mission Accomplished!

A game that's more about the side game than the main game in my opinion. It's fun, it's short, it's mildly sweet. You don't have to S-rank all of the Challenges which is the reason why this one isn't much harder. 15 hours is more than enough time to Platinum Sonic Generations.

I got this plat in 9 days. It was way too easy. "Can't Touch This" was the hardest to get. I even got S rank on all the challenge acts.
