DX trophy glitch?

So ive played the game with DX installed since start, ive obtained all 130 emblems and even earned several metal sonic emblems but the first DX trophy hasnt unlocked.

According to the guide you simply have to play a stage with metal sonic for the first one to unlock.

any ideas?

also the normal action stage + perfect trophies didnt unlock when i first finished them, had to play another stage for them to unlock.

Maybe you can try deleting the add-on and redownloading it under your download managment. After completing a stage as metal sonic perhaps it will unlock. You can also try deleting the sonic adventure game data. (Not the save data which has your name displayed) Deleting the game data of Uncharted and restarting it helped me get a patch working as while as updating the ps3 system. Or if your ps3 is up to date and still having problems you could redownload the entire game. I'm unsure if this will cause issues with save data but I believe it shouldn't as long as you still have the save under the saved game data folder utility.

nah tried that, have since earned the metal sonic master trophy but not the metal sonic trophy
