Game Is Overall Fun.. Elite is A Bit Testy.. Very Tactical And A few Annoying Parts In SP.. But Overall Enjoyable. Everything In The Game Is Pretty Much Easy Except the Elite Playthrough! It's A Bit Rough But Doable.. A Bit Of Grenade Spams But It Really Dont Push You Out Of Cover, It Just Hinders Your Sights And Allow A Flank! Just take Your Time, Check Every Corner And have Your team take Point Every Time And You'll Be done In A Day Or 2 ^_^ 7/10

ima give it a 6, the game is not that hard most of the trophys are based on campaign and online put together. and in general socom is a easy game to play

The Elite Difficulty & Forty Five Missions Make It Rough.. ALOT OF people Are NOT Tactical.. THIS Socom Is NOT That Easy..lol.. It's Actually A Bit Rougher Than CoD W@W IMHO But MORE FUN!

I beg to differ. If Socom is a easy game to play how come Confrontation's plat was near impossible?

Ya I agree with pacman bro.

A) Confrontation didn't have a SP mode
B) It was made by a different company
C) Confrontation is a completely different game and all the trophies are based around getting X number of kills or doing X number of objectives, etc.

Basically the only similarity between the two games is that Socom is in both titles.

I'm not gonna vote yet but as of right now (played 3-4 hours online, beat the campaign on easy, one mission on hard, one on elite <-- don't ask why it ended up like this), I'm gonna give it a 7. The SP is quite difficult but I think with some practice and walkthroughs available it's doable. I think the intel is gonna be a pain in the ass though because I find easy mode to be a bit of a challenge so you still have to fight and pay attention and keep an eye out for collectables. Someone's already platinumed, maybe more by now but no one can sync, but I think it'll be mostly time consuming if you can beat elite.

I give it a 5 only because of elite difficulty and collectibles. Most other trophies are super easy checkpoint reloads to grind them out.

I got my platinum yesterday morning, but cant sync due to psn being down. How do you see how many have platinumed games? Is there a website for that? Btw i gave it a six for difficulty only cause the elite mode is tough!
